Taking down for servicing of window/split type AC 1.5/2 Ton TR Capacity including jet washing ,cleaning of cooling coil, air filters/plasma filters etc, (Indoor unit), condenser, compressors, fan motor etc,(Out door unit) with vacuum cleaner OR cleaning solution including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches knobs, Remote control unit, fan, blower, etc., and keeping the AC unit in satisfactory working condition after necessary servicing/ repair/ replacement of defective spares as required and refixing the same in existing position complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Replacement of spares parts and filling of refrigeration gas shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply, fixing and connecting of new compressor of capacity 1.5/2 Ton for window/split type, medium temperature suitable for air conditioner of any make/type including replacement of foundation bolts, rubber pad, strainer capillary tubes, suction and discharge pipe line, wiring kit, Gas charging (R-22/R-134A/R-410A) and detect of leakage etc. and testing of new sealed unit compressor alongwith test certificate from manufacturer and one year guarantee certificate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :Carrier / Tecumseh /Emerson/Hitachi/Godrej.. Note: Replacement of spares parts and filling of refrigeration gas shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Taking down and Gas Charging of Air Conditioner window/split type of capacity 1.5/2 Ton Ton with (R-22/R-32/R-134A/R-410A) or any other type gas including replacement of connection lead, tin coated copper thimbles, detecting of leakage and installation of AC at site and testing on full load for 24 hours continuously including detecting of gas leakage and rectifying it by gas welding or by any other means and cutting,brazing of copper tube complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note : Gas charging once carried out by the contractor , in case of gas leakage if gas refilling required again then the cost of refilling will be beared by the contractor.

Taking down blower motor from air conditioner of 1.5 / 2Ton capacity and any make / Window type and replacing the new motor, single phase, 230 volt, 50 Hz, 1/5 HP capacity, in the same position, testing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engine.

Supply and fixing, in replacement, of Starting/Running capacitor suitable for air conditioner of any make / type / capacity including making connection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing, in replacement, of thermostat switch of temperature range of 17°C to 30°C suitable for air conditioner of any make / type / capacity including making connection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing, in replacement, of starting relay suitable for air conditioner of any make / type / capacity including making connection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of factory made wall mounted/floor mounted type AC outdoor unit stand of superior quality duly coloured with two coat of synthetic enamel paint ( 1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer. suitable for AC of 1.5 /2 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.suitable size and grouting on wall or floor as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement of electronic control circuit card suitable for air conditioner of any make / type and 1.5 / 2.0 ton capacity including making connection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Carrier/voltas/Blue star or equivalent make.

Repair of electronic control circuit card suitable for air conditioner of any make / type and 1.5 / 2.0/2.5 ton capacity including making connection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Carrier/voltas/Blue star or equivalent make.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Evaporaror/Condenser cooling coil of copper 1.5 ton /2 ton split type/Window AC of suitable make approved by CE WAC as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix, in replacement of air filter suitable for window/Split type AC 1.5 Ton capacity complete all as per sample and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

M & L for providing new insulation with new copper pipe of split AC incl providing 0.64 mm thick aluminium sheet cover ,made to shape as required at site insulating materials for protection from moisture and weather etc complete, testing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure single pole with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for shifting outdoor / indoor unit split type and window type AC of any capacity from existing position to other location including civil work, copper pipe, PVC pipe and other material requirement at site, complete with making good disturbed surface of wall by providing brickwork, plastering colour so as to match with the colour of existing wall and necessary arrangement for fixing of AC, complete all as specified and directed.

REFRIEGERATOR:Supply, fixing connecting and testing of new compressor alongwith test certificate from manufacturer and one year guarantee certificate suitable for refrigerator/deep freezer of capacity 320/ 310/ 280/ 220 ltrs and any capacity/make/type, medium temperature range, including replacement of foundation bolts, rubber pad, strainer, capillary tubes, suction and discharge pipe line and subsequently Gas charging of gas type as required on site and detect of leakage etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge. Supply and fixing in repair/replacement of printed circuit board for refrigerator of 180/220/300 capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of fan motor for refrigerator/deep freezer of 180/220/310 ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed.

WATER COOLER:Supply, fixing and connecting of new compressor sealed unit suitable for water cooler of any make/type and 150 ltr ,120 ltr/ hr cooling capacity, medium temperature range, including replacement of filter and making connection and detect of leakage and rectifying it by gas welding or any other means etc including testing of new sealed unit compressor alongwith test certificate from manufacturer and one year guarantee certificate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge. Supply and fixing of condenser coil ISI marked suitable for water cooler of any make/type/capacity including all fixing accessories and making connection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Supply and fix, in replacement Push cock press push type MS chromium plated suitable for 15 mm bore pipe for water cooler including dismantling the old unserviceable push cock complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

DESERT COOLER Supply, fixing and connecting new fan motor, single phase 230 volt 50 Hz copper wounded three speed suitable for desert cooler of 500 mm sweep size or any other size as per site requirement etc complete including dismantling and removing of existing unserviceable fan motor with blades from the desert cooler of any make/type/capacity including removing of all fixing accessories etc and refixing the Fan motor with blades complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Supply, fixing and connecting new submerisble type tullu pump impeller type for desert cooler of capacity 15 to 20 watt, single phase 230 volt 50 Hz copper wound etc incl fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge. Make : Cool Home (Marathon Electric)/Summer cool or equivalent make as approved by Engr Incharge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of wooden wool pads including wire mesh suitable for 4000/5000 cuf/M complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Material and labour for scratching of old paint and rust by wire brush and applying two coats of spray paint of off white / gray colour over one coat of primer ( red oxide ) including black bitumen paint at in side body of desert cooler complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge. Note : The compressor and spray machine shall be arranged/brought by contractor at E/M yard and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

S&F in repairs 3 pin plug top 5 Amp, 230V for desert cooler complete all as specified and directed (Make-Anchor/Kinjal/Havells).

Supply and fix, in replacement Automatic voltage stabilizer single phase 50 Hz 5 KVA capacity complete with voltage meter, time delay relay & auto cut off in the event of low/high voltage and all as per the following parameters fixed in replacement complete all as directed. (i) Incoming voltage 140 V to 200 V (ii) Stabilized voltage 230 +- 5%

Collecting u/s (burnt) ceiling fan with blade of any make 1200 mm / 1400 mm sweep from E/M yard , transporting to local workshop and back , opening, cutting and taking out complete copper winding , cleaning with kerosene oil /diesel/ terpin oil and dried out, rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and gauge and number of turns as recommended by the respective manufactures, varnishing and heating the winding including providing paper insulation (cuff/strip type) replacing u/s / missing spare (bush, bearing, capacity shackle insulator, canopy, nuts , bolts, earthing , screw, upper, socket, CI block , quarter /split pin (top & bottom) , lock nut etc) fixing the stator in rotor properly aligned and resembling ensuring right DOR, speedy and noiseless running, and refixing the ceiling fan on their respective location (loc of the same received from respective section through complaint slip ) complete all as directed by Engr in charge Note: Bush, bearing, capacitor, and sockets shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only but Collecting & fixing is included in this items.

Supply only following component for ceiling fan :-

(a) Ball bearing for ceiling fan of size 6201 to 6204

(c) Gun metal bush as per sample

(d) Ceiling fan blade set of three of 1200mm sweep.

S&F ceiling fan capacitor of capacity up to 2.5 mfd.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan stator with appropriate gauge size super enameled copper wire including necessary insulation material after cleaning of stator for 1200/1400 mm sweep ceiling fans complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour, Spray painting of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep and testing at site full load with super enamelled heat resistant synthetic white paint duly filling the cavities with filler and re-writing the MES number in black paint in appropriate size and shape complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Collecting unserviceable (burnt) exhaust fan of any make any size 350 mm/450 mm sweepfrom E/M yard , transporting to local workshop and back , opening, cutting and taking out complete copper winding , cleaning with kerosene oil /diesel/ terpin oil and dried out, rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and gauge and number of turns as recommended by the respective manufactures, varnishing and heating the winding including providing paper insulation (cuff /strip type) replacing u/s / missing spare (bush, bearing , capacity etc) fixing the stator in rotor properly aligned and reassembling ensuring right DOR , speedy and noiseless running and refixing the exhaust fan on their respective location (loc of the same received from respective section through complaint slip ) complete all as directed by Engr in charge Note: Bush, bearing, capacitor, and sockets shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only but Collecting & fixing is included in this items.

M&L for rewinding exhaust fan stator with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge including necessary insulation material complete varnishing and heating the new winding for proper insulation including cutting the existing winding wire from the stator and cleaning the slot complete all as directed for 350mm/450mm sizes

Supply only following items for exhaust fan:-

(a) Capacitor 4 Mfd, 230 Volt .

(b) Ball bearing No. 6201, 6202, 6203, 6204 .

(c) Exhaust fan blade of any sweep with screws/bolts, nuts.

(d) Exhaust fan louvers complete with nut & bolts etc.

Supply and fixing Anti suicide fan down rod for ceilling fans in various accomodation (MD & OTM) having minimum length 200mm or as required as per site condition , consisting of MS & pipe good qulity material colour white or brown . The work also consist taking down fan if required, installation of anti suicide rod by removing old rod, inclusive of flexiable copper wire size 0.23/0.0076 and refixing at same place after cleaning of fan and accessories as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Supply only capacitor 4.0 MFD, 440 Volt AC, 50 Hz PCB Oil filled type complete all as directed.

Supply only MS fan clamps with rubber real including nuts and bolts, split pin suitable for ceiling fan 1200 / 1400 mm sweep complete all as directed.

Geyser Material and labour for maintence of storage type electric water heater geyser capacity 25/35/50 litre comprising of the following activities:- (a) Inspection taking down, opening, dismantling , descaling, brushing and cleaning of storage tank and examining of water tightness of storage tank after cleaning and descaling and refixing in position (b) Check and connect earth continuity of electric items (c) checking and adjustment of pressure release valves (d) Cleaning and maintainance and refix thermostat and its functioning (e) Checking of dead weight, cleaning and seal and ensuring that vent hole is not fuctioning (f) Visual examination of fuseibie plug ((g) Testing of geyser after repair

Supply and fixing in replacement of inner shell of suitable size made of stainless steel sheet of Fe 305 22 SWG ISI Marked can bear pressuure upto 0.8MPa suitable for geyser of any type/Make and 25/35 litres capacity complete with all suitable accessories such as thermal insulation etc complete all as specified and directed as per sample.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI hexa nipple (set of two) of size 15 mm having screwed both ends with fine thread complete all as specified and directed as per sample.

Taking down existing unserviceable inner base assembly supply and fix new inner base assembly complete with inlet ,outlet, thermostat pipes with drain plug and screw including clamps for holding the elements, nuts, bolt ,washer etc, ISI Marked for geyser of any type/Make and 25/35/50 litres capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PVC connection hot type of size 15 mm x 600 mm long superior quality for geyser complete with brass adopter for geyser of any capacity Make Prayag/shakti.

Materail and Labour for painting the outer surface of geysers of 25/35/50 itrs as per original shade with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer by spray gun after scrapping the existing paint, denting, filling depression with putty etc and refixing the geyser in position including water/electric connection and testing, complete all as specified and directed.
