Providing & fixing of water flow switches of brass metal, Dia 1.0” including their calibration as per site flow and dismantling of defective water flow switch. Complete job as per entire satisfaction of engineer in charge. Make- Honeywell/Energy

Supply & charging of new compressor oil up to required level & pressure including flushing of carbonized oil from compressor. Complete job as per entire satisfaction of engineer in charge. Make of oil :- Suniso 3GS Mineral oil

Repairing & overhauling of compressor including arrangement of refrigerant cylinder, condensing unit brass fitting, charging lines. Removing of refrigerant in to empty Cylinder, Dismantling of compressor from chiller including labor. Dismantling of stator, discharge head, valve plate piston, ring, Crank shaft. Cleaning of compressor housing and all part of compressor. Refitting of compressor including replacement of defective parts. Installation of compressor at machine. Supply and charging of Nitrogen as per job requirement to Stand Pressure as per job requirement. Flushing of Nitrogen to do vacuum as per job requirement, testing, vacuum zing. To charge refrigerant as per machine requirement. To Check all parameter and configuration of chiller to check all control test. To Start recommissioning of chiller and set all parameters as per running condition up to entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Rewinding of 2 HP 3 phase chiller fan motor including replacement of bearing. Dismantling of faulty motor and its refixing is included alongwith checking the motor current limits. Complete job as per entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing of new temperature sensor including dismantling of defective sensor and calibration of replaced sensor. Complete job as per entire satisfaction of engineer in charge. Make Make:- Carrier

Pressure testing to whole circuit including Refrigerant removing of CKT in to empty refrigerant cylinder. To inlet/outlet refrigerant line MS pipe. Remove all external leakage of CKT including brazing/electrical welding. To stand Nitrogen pressure as per job requirement. To Flushing of system with dry nitrogen. To charge refrigerant as per requirement recommissioning of chiller. To set all parameters. Complete job as per condition up to entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing of 12.5 mm nitrile insulation sheet with adhesive including dismantling of old / defective cooler insulator with proper cleaning of shell surface. Complete job as per condition up to entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. Make:- Aerocell, Oflex, Aeroflex

Repairing of chiller water pump including dismantling from foundation, lifting shifting loading unloading in truck at ground floor, dismantling of pump shaft, motor both side if required, Refitting of pump, loading unloading lifting shifting of pump workshop to site. Comprehensive/Maintenance charges for this HVAC plant of Tagore Auditorium. (Rate to be quoted by the agency/contractor per year which will be effective for next 02 years after completion of Defect Liability Period.
