Construction of Minor Bridge over Tamulia Nallah at Ch.2/950 km. at Kundupur Barapal Babar Jamboo road under State Plan for 2024-25.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of existing stumps of trees dead or cut earlier stacking serviceable material for use or auction within the road land & disposal of all unserviceable material including removal top 150mm thick organic soil away from the road land as under Clause no. 201, specification for Road & Bridge work of MORT&H (5th revision) including full compensation all operations, all inclusive costs, contigencies, incidentals involved for finished defect free item of work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Earthwork in Excavation for road works in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers ,trimming buttom and side slopes inaccordance with requirements of lines ,grades,and cross sections ,transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and leads upto 1000 mtr. as per Clause 301 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision)and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in Excavation for road works in ordinary rougth soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers ,trimming buttom and side slopes inaccordance with requirements of lines ,grades,and cross sections ,transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and leads upto 1000 mtr. as per Clause 301 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision)and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Foundation bed level)

Filling foundation and plinth with good quality river sand including dressing levelling with cost conveyance taxes cost of all materials and labour eetc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Granular sub-base Grading-IV materials including all cost of materials with cost of all labour, T&P etc. as per table 400-2, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MORT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works ( 5th Revision).

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Granular sub-base Grading-VI materials including all cost of materials with cost of all labour, T&P etc. as per table 400-2, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MORT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works ( 5th Revision).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam specificationincluding all cost, conveyance of materials with cost of all labour, T&P etc. including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MORT&H specification for Road and Bridge works(5th Revision).

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surfce and spraying primer @ 0.6kg. per sqm.using mechanical broom as per Clause 502 of MORT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision.)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.2kg. per sqm.on prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MORT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision.)

Providing & laying 50 mm thick av. compacted Bituminous Macadam (Grading-II) using VG-30 Bitumen with Hot Mix Plant 100-120 TPH using crusher broken hard granite aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 3.3 % by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to works site, lying with Hydrostatic Paver Finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compacting as per Clause No. 504 and section 900 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5thRevision) &including cost of all materials, labour, T&P,taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
