Supplying, installing, structural steel tubular pole conforming to IS-2713, 410 SP-56, with base plate of 300 mm x 300 mm x 6 mm for erecting 11 KV two pole structure comprising of 11 Mtr. pole, i/c welding, cutting, revetting, bolting and painting the entire structures with red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint and necessary foundations including excavation and earth work for the steel structure with PCC 1:2:4 with following accessories. Supplying, installing 11 KV 9 KA discharge current single pole lightning arrestor with insulated base and necessary hardware. - 3 Nos. (Station Class ) Supplying & installing 11 KV single pole strain insulators complete with all necessary hardware for termination. - 3 Nos. Supplying & installing 11 KV 3 phase, 200 Amp. Vertical type gang operated switch with hot dip galvanised channels post type, insulator, tinned copper contacts, arcing horns, GI pipe gang operating handle, limit switch etc. (wiring with 4 x 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper wire upto HT breaker laid in GI pipe of 40mm dia) locking arrangements etc. complete in all respects. - 1 Set. Supplying & installing 11 KV post type insulators for jumper supports. - 3 Nos. 11 KV, 3 phase 200 Amp dropout fuse unit with 60 Amp fuses. Hot dip galvanished channel, post type insulator, tinned copper contacts bakelite fuse, carriers etc. complete in all respects. - 1 Set. Supplying & installing of "DOG" 6 /. 186 Al. Plus 7 / 0.062 Steel ACSR overhead conductor - 10 Mtrs. Cross arms of shape and size as shown on drawing and made out of M.S. channels 100mmx50mm with flats and fixed to poles with M.S. clamps, GI bolts, nuts and washers and all hardware, jumpers & thimbles etc. of required size. Anti Climbing devices on each pole made out of 2 mm barbed wire coiled alongwith pole. Danger Notice Boards with Skull & Bones in red colour made out of 14 SWG sheet in Hindi & English with voltage indicated. Supplying & installing 150 mm dia GI pipe - 10 Mtr. Earthing & GI Strips. Stay assembly

Contruction Of RCC bed for 250 KVA transformer 6' x 6' x 5' as per detailed below

Earth work excavation manually inculding disposal of earth as directed within SKIMS permises=6'x6'x1'-0"

P/L of stone soling of specified size including Cost & carraige of material complete, 6'x6'x0'-4"=12cft =0.34 cum

P/L of plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mixture incuding cost & carriage of material complete Qty vide part (b) = 0.34 cum

P/L of R.C.C work 1:2:4 mix including cost and carriage of material 6'x6'x5' = 180 cft = 5.09 cum

P/L of steel reinforcement (TMT) 12mm dia including cost of cutting, bending ,binding including cost binding wire Qty vide item (d) = 5.09 cum @ 35 kg/cum =178 kg

Transportation from Engineering Stores to the proposed site including loading & unloading , Installation.& Commisioning of 250KVA,11/0.433KV 50Hz,Outdoor type,Dyn-11 oil immersed,CopperWound,ONAN Cooled, step down energy efficient level-2 Distribution Transformer having C.R.G.O core ,Confirming to IS: 1180 Part-1:2014 with latest amendments dully tested,painted and Oil filled to IS: 335 of 1983 with Latest amendments.(Transformer to be provided by the Department)

Making of earth point includes salt charcoal copper plate of size 600 mmx600x3mm pit should be dug 3 mtr from the surface including copper strip from plate to surface and laying of I ½ G.I watering pipe to the plate complete as per latest specification.

Supply erection of 75mm x 40mm x 6mm channel iron cross-Arms including drilling holes for insulator pins & nuts and bolts as required at site.

Extraction of power cables from cable rack ways inside the hospital complex viz cable hangers, trenches above ground cable ducts. 120 mm sq 3.5 core to 400 mm sq 3.5 core

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground /trench /Masonary open ductetc as required,

Fabrication ,Providing and fixing of angle iron hook by way of using 50mm x 50mm x 6mm

Providing and laying of 3 core(HT) XLPE Al. cable 70 mm sq. 3 core Armored of various sizes as mentioned below in place of damaged/burnt out / fresh ones.(Glioster/Polycab/Havells/Skytone make)

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required ( Denson/3MBirla/Raychem Make ) a) 3 core(HT) XLPE Al. cable 70 mm sq. 3 core

Providing and making of end termination of the following 3 ½ LT cable including thimbling, crimping tapping, testing and connecting as per site requirements (dowels/3D make)

Providing and fixing of Brass Pad Clampon LT side of 250KVA Distribution Transformer including nut bolts, testing and connecting as per site requirements
