Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (one part of cement four part of sand and eight part of aggregates) using 40 mm gauge machine broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc. complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of RCC precast slab in cement concrete 1:1½ :3 mix (one cement two sand and four aggregates) of thick 0:10m using 20 mm ISS HBG metal including cost of moulding charges mixing laying and curing coast and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc. complete asper standard specification bt excluding cost of reinforcement.

Plastering in cement mortar 1:4 mix (one cement and four sand) 12 mm thick finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for curing and all other incidental, charges etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Painting the new walls two coat of priming with best cement paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers.

Supplying and fixing of steel gate with suitable design including cost of materials welding and conveyance of all materials to site locking arrangements and painting one coat of primer etc. complete as per standard specification including fixing charges etc. complete for the work.

Painting the new iron works, in all floors, two coats of best synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour and brand (to be approved by executive engineer before use on work) over one coat of primer including scrapping and preparation of surface, cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, neat finishing, complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers.

Supply and delivery of fixing of HDPE and 2000 litres capacity asper IS 12701/1996 including loading, unloading transportation and labour charges for fixing of GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges as directed by TWAD board officers etc.

Supply and delivery of single phase submersible pump set having a duty condition of 125 lpm discharge against head of 100 metre confirming to IS specification with ISS marking suitable for installation Panel board including cost of all meterials and all conveyance charges etc. complete as per standard specification.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 2 meter narrow trenches for laying of pipes and refilling earth for water supply works in the hard stiff clay stiff black cotton hard re earth shales murram the hard stiff clay stiff black cotton hard re earth shales murram gravel stony earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil as directed by the department officers.

Labour charges the providing inlet outlet, scour over flow pipe and tap connection to the HDPE tank as per standard specification.

Labour charges for laying of PVC/GI pipes and specials to proper line and level including joining but excluding cost of pipes and jointing materials for plum bind for providing water supply works.

Labour charges for erection of submersible pump set in the bore well including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps up to the starter to required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges up to the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventer, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc. complete and testing the pump set and train run for 10 days.
