S&F pulley operated clothes drying system, eco 1800mm X four pipe system consisting of rust proof anodised aluminium pipes, each having 22mm outer dia & 19.8mm inner dia, pulley made up of Delrin mounted on channel pair of length 600mm,iInnovative grooves in pulley bracket to avoid rope slippage, black coloured auxiliary components, channel mounted or fixed with self tapping screws and HDPE rope of 3mm to 4mm dia complte all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed

M&L for hard core of gauge not exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick (in tranches and surface), watered and rammed to a true surface with broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, ointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), ncluding making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), includingmaking drainage opening wherever equired complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) in copings etc including necessary formwork and weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed

S&F 3mm thick aluminium composite exterior grade plain panel sheet of approved colour, size, shape, for sign board including necessary stainless steel nut/ bolts/fasterness/screws fixed over walls(upto 6 meter height) of RCC/Stone/brick/PCC surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1mm thick radium based, hexagonal pattern retro reflective self adhesive plastic sticker sheet of approved colour as per size, design, pasted over board/aluminium composite panel exterior grade sheet complete all as specified and directed.
