Taking down existing unserviceable service connection of any description and S&F new 4 Sqmm 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers at a distance not more than 1.00 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable service connection of any description and S&F new 6 Sqmm 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers at a distance not more than 1.00 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing earthing of any description and M&L for new earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to GI earthing wire 4mm dia size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earthing wire protected by GI pipe 20 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in chamber of size not less than 300x300x300mm (internal diamentions) with cover made of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm C/C both ways and angle iron 40X40X5mm frame etc duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxided primer on exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The unit rate includes earthing wire and protection pipe upto maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate, earth point / test point.

Taking down existing unservicable sub main wiring of any description and S&F new sub main wiring with two runs of 10.00 Sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed 1100 Volts grade multistranded copper conductor single core cable drawn through and including PVC concealed conduit of adequates size and fittings and accessories concealed in walls, floors and ceilings complete including one run of FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 10.0 Sqmm green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly from main DB to Sub DB including cutting chases and making good in cement mortar (1:4) with all necessary surface finishes such as white / colour wash / distempering etc to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified. Note:- (i) Two runs of cable, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC non metallic conduit shall be measured as one run length. (ii) Cable required for connection to DBs and MCBs shall be deemed included in quoted rates. (iii) Earth wire shall run inside the conduit pipe.

Note: - New MCBs shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of Schedule 'A'.
