Withdrawing of defective submersible pumping machinery including submersible cable, rope & 3" dia column pipes part by part after disconnection of power line & delivery pipeline as directed (by derrick arrangement, Tube well outside the pump house)

Supply and delivery at site submersible pumping machinery directly coupled with wet winding type submersible motor having the following specification pump.

Duty Condition : 667 LPM

Head : 58 mtr.

Motor : Submersible type 3 Ph. 50 Hz. 400V + 10%, Star Delta

Impeller : GM /SS /Cromesteel

Motor winding : Wet Type.

Pump outlet - 75/100 mm.

Suitable for size of tubewell : 250mm x 150mm.

Make : KSB / Texmo / PLUGA / BG.

(Test certificate, warranty certificate along with characteristic curve should be submitted at the time of delivery.)

Submersible cable jointing

Lowering the above submersible pump motor set alongwith its column pipes & connection of power line and delivery pipe line complete.

Carrying the defective submersible pump motor set from work to Kolkata site including loading and unloading complete.

Dismantling the defective submersible pump motor set part by part to detect the defect.

Rewinding the above submersible motor by supplyig suitable size PVC insulated copper wire and other rewinding materials and complete the job.

Supplying the following spares as per sample:-

Top & Bottom G.M. Rotor Bush (2 no. in a set)

Thrust bearing grinding & polishing.

Supplying the following spares as per sample:-

Suction Cage Bush (GM)

Impeller Neck Ring

Shaft Sleeve Bush (SS)

Inter mediate bowle bush

Labour charges for Impeller Grinding & Polishing

Reassembling the pump - motor set part by part with above items as per direction

Painting the pump - motor set by supplying approved make 2 coats paint after scrapping the same

Carrying of Repaired 15 HP submersible pump motor set submersible pump motor from workshop to work site including loading & unloading complete

Panel Repairing at Bargachia W/S , Zone-IX. P.H No.-II

Charges for thorough chceking of defective automatic panel for find out fault by engaging skilled electrician

Supply & delivery of the following materials:-

Motor protection relay (0.5Amp. - 60 Amp.) over current, under current, phase lose, phase inbalnace, phase reversal, locked rotor and Ground fault protection (Make - BCH / Any other approved make)

230V, AC Blue Indicating Lamp intergrated LED (Make: ABB )

1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated (Usheathed) single core multi strand cable with copper conductor upto 1.1 KV grade, IS: 694 [Make- Mescab/ Finolex / Havells]

Repairing charges for fitting fixing the above suppied electical items (item no-2) on existing motor Control Panel by removing damaged items including supply cable sockets, tape etc with testing complete as per direction of EIC.
