Planning, Designing, and Construction on EPC Basis of RCC framed structure buildings such as“Construction of “Yatri Niwas at SCI, GMCH for Patients and Attendants” under CSS and SOPD – SS., Assam” with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. Note :- Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed. (As per PAR 2021, Annexure-II, Sl-3 of CPWD)
Planning, Designing and construction on EPC Basis of Civil External development works : Site Development like surface dressing, Site Clearance, Earth work & Leveling, Trences of Services, Footpath with PCC base (60 mm thick paver blocks and kerb stone edging), Boundary wall with M.S Grill, Under Ground sunp, Overhead tank , external sewerage, storm water drain, Rain water harvesting including Horticultural works, Solar water heating system, Water treatment plant, Passenger lifts etc. as per reuirement with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect.
Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT–Electrical Works such as Electrical sub station , HT & LT Panel, Lift panel, PHE panel, Fire panel, Floor panel, Over Head HT& LT line,, DG set with AMF panel, LED light , CCTV system (Internal and External Surveillance), Signages, UPS System, etc., as per requirement with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing overcomplete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated Specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect.
