The intending bidder(s) should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor /Joint Venture/Consortium partner at least one similar nature of work of value not less than Rs.997 Lakhs(Inclusive of 18% GST) , such as drilling, grouting and Shotcreting in Dam or Other Civil Structures during the preceding FIVE financial years i.e. 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 , 2022-23 & 2023-24.Value of works of previous years will be given weightage of 10% per to bring them to the price level of the financial year in which the tender is invited.
Power of Attorney (attested by a notary public) for signing the document in the case of firm in partnership/limited company/PSU
Partnership deed/ JV/Consortium agreement /MOU, Articles of Association etc., along with Power of Attorney
The intending bidder(s) should have achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.1993.00 Lakhs(Inclusive of 18% GST) in the last five financial years ie., 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 , 2022-23 & 2023-24.Turnover certificate, duly certified by chartered Accountant shall be furnished. Enclose the latest audited balance sheets and profit & loss account certified by a Chartered Accountant. Financial turnover of previous financial year will be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the financial year in which the tender is invited.
