Excavation in ordinary rock using Hydraulic Excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, transporting to embankment site with a lift upto 1000m, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-section as per Techinal Specification clause 302.3.5 complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

P.C.C. (1:3:6) using 40mm size H.G. metal well rammed with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all material and labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing C.C (1:2.5:5) using 12 mm size H.G chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete to the required level ramming watering and curing etc. complete with all cost, conveyance, royalty with all labour and T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.In Foundation

up to sub-structure

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion and construction joints, applying sealant, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
