PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE 1:2:4 (One cement, two sand and four aggregate) using 20mm gauge hard granite stone jelly for FLOORING & BASEMENT including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One cement two sand and four aggregate) using machine crushed / Hand Broken 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand ) and Kraft paper laid without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors, etc complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering the exposed surface of RCC with cement mortar 1:3 ( One cement and Three Sand ) 10 mm thick in all floors and curing finishing etc complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying of 5 layer sintex tank as per standard Specification for corporation officers etc., complete (A) 3000 Liters Capacity sintex tank (L.R)
