A color Scanned Original hire agreement valid for at least 1 year for hired vehicles.

RequiredIn case of Partnership firms, the firms which have a minimum of (1) year of existence prior to the date of tender notification are only eligible and Original colour firm registration certificate shall be uploaded.

RequiredIn case of a limited Company, copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association, and copy of the Original colour firm/company registration certificate shall be uploaded.

RequiredAnnexure- VI -Prescribed Financial undertaking Form.

RequiredAnnexure VII - Affidavit for Lorry Owner Associations. (if applicable)

RequiredScanned Copies of Aadhaar, PAN & GSTIN(if applicable).
