Taking down existing roof treatment complete including demolition of PCC, Mud phuskas, lime concrete etc any description upto 200mm thick, and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes and removing the debris out side of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by Eng- In-Charge.

Dismantling old unserviceable RCC / PVC water tank of capacity exc 250 and not exc 500 litre, setting aside for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in position including making all connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charg.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick / stone surfaces of wall or ceiling including raking outs joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes in roof mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seprately as supply Only.

M&L applied a coat of bituminious primer confirming to [email protected] Kg per Sqm, APP BASED POLYMERIC memberane not less than 3 mm thick. Weighing not less than 3 Kg/m2, reinforcd with polyster non woven febric(weighing not less than 15 Gm/Sqm) and upperside of memberane thermally insulated uniformly embedded during manufacturing process shall be laid dry torch application, side coverlaps shall be 75 mm and end slab shall be 100 mm and all over laps and joints shall also be sealed by torch application all as directed. (Note :- All GI pipes, cables, ducts, wires etc laid on roof shall be removed and refixed by the contractor in this item) Note : Roof treatment work shall be carried out through authorised applicator only

M&L preparing new surfaces APP based polymeric membrane roof top exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L padding in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm size graded stone aggregates) laid to provide a finished slope of 1:30 finished even and smoth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius using old size brick built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L Walling of random rubble, brought up to a course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M & L rendering 20 mm thick on stone masonary surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work on wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel & iron surfaces over 10cm width and girth not otherwise described & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and incl a coat of red oxide primer(zinc chrome) complete all as specified and directed.
