SP.66 NCTPS II ES Circle MRT Division SD IV Rectification of Gear Mechanism Failure in actuators at RODM ACW CWPH CPU under rate contract basis for a period of one year 2025-2026.

Removing of actuators (range up to 900Nm & 9.4kW) from the valves in turbine and boiler area, transporting of actuators to service building repair bay. Dismantling of actuators,checking the gear mechanism, Reconditioning if necessary, checking the motor shaft assembly, cleaning of E-Pac, contactor, OLR and checking the control circuit tightness and limit assembly unit Re-assembling of actuator unit, transporting to its location,fixing of actuator with valve and checking of operation.
