Taking down the unseviceable geyser of any capacity and in any position horizontal or vertical and disconnection of electric/water supply lines for repair/over hauling/replacement of unserviceable parts and re-fixing the geyser in serviceable condition after assembling, testing & reconnecting the electric & water supply line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED Light Fitting 1x16 Watt flame proof ,CMRI certified recommended for gas/vapour group of IIA &III B ,zone 1 and 2 and IP 65 Protection with die cast alluminium housing with heat resistant toughned glass with LED tube light, fixtures, driver holders ,connectors etc complete with all accesories prewired and including connecting with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Material, labour (Technician & Helper) and T&P including testing eqpts for carring outs comprehensive maintenance and testing of earthing any type as per existing procedure for lighting protection /eqpts/domestic etc in tech area & admin area by tightening of nut bolts arranging earth lead in allighnment manner replacing unservicable earthing lead ,funnel ,pit cover and PCC pits etc (which will be paid as supply only) and testing of earthing and recording result in register (as per procedure provided as directed ,If result found more than permissible limit reconditioning of earthing carried out by pouring water with salt /chemical as per direction and further testing the same earthing result and recordsing in register including levelling refilling of earth settle down near pit. Note-(i) Necessary compound required for recharging shall be measured and paid separately under item No 2 here-in-after. (ii) During AMC of earthing , if any parts of the earthing is required to be replaced the same will be done by the contractyor as per directed by EIC . The cost of such parts shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by th contractor for AMC. (iii) Pouring of salt/chemical/charcoal water in the earth pit is included in the rate quoted. (iv) Total no of earthing to be checked in amonth-100-130 nos

M& L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I including and connecting to earthing test point block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw and testing on completion with and including 15 mm bore light grade G.I. protection pipe (upto 7.5 M beyond outer edge of earth pit) PCC base 1:4:8 type using 40 mm agregrate of size 750x750x100 mm thick with precast RCC cover 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregrate with 8 mm dia TMT bars 3 nos both ways with 12 mm dia round handle , PGI funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR Part no 1 of 2009 complete all as spcifed and directed. including Earthing pit marker/ identifier of Iron plate of size 300mm X 200mm X 3mm and alongwith 1 meter long medium grade GI pipe of size 15 mm dia weilded with steel plate including painting with applying one coat of red oxide and two coat of painting with synthetic enameled paint of approved quality including writing letters as specified ny EIC complete including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Same all as item no. 3 above here in before but connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm dia GI pipe medium grade in any length fixed to wall/ floor with required GI medium grade ISI mark fitting including all necessary fittings, clamps, etc complete all as specified and directed.
