Supply and installation of DI D/F Gate Valves (Soft seated ) Resilient seated soft sealing gate valves (Sluice valves ) (Make VAG,AVK,Fouress) with body bonnet of ductile iron of grade GGG 40, wedge fully rubber lined EPDM of good quality W720 , replaceable spindle nut, without gland packing and with 3 O-ring protection on the shaft and seals of NBR and the valves should be vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BSS 163-89/ISI 4846 - 2000/DIN3202 F4. All the valves should be Electrostatic powder coated both inside outside with pocket less straight thro body passage. All the valves shall be compatible for burried application without chambers, with pressure rating PN 10/16 - dia 200mm

Providing and fixing D.I. MJ collar coupling , with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc.,complete - 300 mm dia.

Providing and laying Cast Iron Double flanged pipe conforming to IS specification 1537&7181 and ISI marked suitable for flanged joints in good condition including transportation of C.I.pipe from production centre/company to the site at UT of Puducherry, lowering to the trenches(or fixing in over head tanks above ground level) laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment etc.,complete all as per IS 3114 and CPWD specification . (earth work and jointing of pipes with rubber insertion will be paid separately) -300mm dia.
