Submission of information regarding furniture in Check List Form-1 for Technical Bids

To submit the certificate of registration of the organization by the competent authority as per prevailing law and updated information upto the current year

Registered as trusts to submit certified copy of bylaws along with registration deed

Tenderers should submit recent photograph and attested xerox copy of pan card of the organization.

Submission of record of payment of income tax from 2020-21 to 2022-23 and audit report of annual accounts of these three years audited by a chartered accountant and assessment year report for submission of income tax from 2020-21 to 2022-23

Submission of VAT and GST Registration Certificate. And submitting accurate information about VAT/GST paid in previous years. VAT and GST registration will be considered only if attached. And submission of government permission letter in GST Exemption is mandatory and submission of annual clearance certificate of the organization from 2020-21 to 2022-23 for 2023- March from Income Tax Department regarding payment of VAT and GST.

To submit only the confirmation certificates already issued by the concerned department/authority and successful supply of office furniture to Government/Government recognized institutions during the last three years.

Compulsory submission of affidavit by a notary in print of Rs.100/- that the organizations applying for the tender have not been blacklisted by the government

Bidders shall submit the sample of each item to be supplied to the Office of the Deputy Director, School Education Department, Bangalore South District along with the address of the organization three days prior to the application through this tender online and get a certified copy of the said receipt online. It should be uploaded as a document And this tender should be attached with the application, the organization without off load document will be rejected for technical verification.

The bid of such organization shall not be considered if the bidder does not submit the documents prescribed in the tender and provide the sample material or the documents submitted are not as specified.

The documents and sample of tenders submitted shall be scrutinized by the Technical Committee and only if the Technical Committee is satisfied with respect to the specification and quality, action will be taken to release the financial bid of such institutions.

The firm should have average annual minimum turnover of Rs.1.5 Crores per annum in relation to the relevant business during the financial years 2020-21 to 2022-23 (must be based on the accounts conducted by a Chartered Accountant).
