8681 REPAIRS TO ROOF COVERING, FALSE CEILING, WATER PROOFING TREATMENT, BATH FITTING, PLUMBING, PLINTH PROTECTION, GATES ETC AT ZONE A AREA OF AGE BR-II UNDER GE (CENTRA) PUNE

M&L water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab,walls,chajjas etc,shall be carried out as specified below and as directed by Engr-in-charge(a) Removing of existing old bitumenous tarfelt (water proofing treatment) including cement screed bed and clean the surface with wire brush and washing with water to achieve the original surface of slab.(b) M&L for 10mm thick plaster screed bed layer in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces mixed with liquid water proofing compound 200 ml per bag of cement (c) Preparing plastered surfaces of roof slab,walls, chajjas etc by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc and applying one coat of oil based cold bituminius primer @ 0.40 ltr per Sqm of area complete all as specified .(d) Laying APP polymer modified approved membrane ,non woven,polyster,weighing not less than 3.5Kg /Sqm and 3mm thick with laps and over laps as specified and joints sealed and applied complete by torch application methd all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge .Carring out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leekage and seepage and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE.(e) Finally applying two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15ltr/Sqm on the top of membrane & complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position on roof slab/sunken slab as in padding etc including removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type BO (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in sunken floor,roof padding and similar items mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml/Bag of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m each complete and making good disturbed portion of jambs with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregates, plastering, finish as required etc as directed

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) exc 1.50 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each with and including making good the disturbed surfaces as original with CM (1:6) or PCC (1:2:4) type B0 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, both face, is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete as directed

Supply and fixing( factory Made ) 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive gauge. (Without sash bars ) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 clause 8.24 (a),both face, is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified.

S&F aluminium powder coated frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F anodised powder coated aluminium door shutters (single / double leaf) or partitions, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, al powder coated glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, Al powder coated handles 2 Nos in each door, Al powder coated tower bolt 02 Nos, hinges 03 Nos, Al powder coated snap beading, screws, door stopper 01 No etc. complete all as specified. Note :- Glass pane and particle board shall be measured and paid seprately.
