M&L repairs to existing LT panel / bus bar chamber / feeder pillar box of size not less than of 1000 x 1000 x 500 mm by excavation of all loops and removing damaged UG cable, connecting new thimbles / lugs / cable glands and fixing of new neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof, fixing of new locking arragement and replacement of LT panel wiring with appropriate size of copper conductor, repairing of rusted parts of panel frame and shutter with necessary welding works including preparation and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on both internal and external surface of panel, PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm crushed stone aggregate) work in foundation complete all as specified and directed. M&L preparation of 4 Pole structure 9/11 mtr pole with connected cross arms, cable protection pipes, clamps etc, and including applying one coat of aluminium paint on complete height of the pole and including applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint upto 0.80 m height from the top of coping with multi colour strips,weather proof painting of coping as per existing colour code complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of unserviceable / unused / dead LT cable from existing location with necessary arrangement and deposit to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of transportation shall be included in unit quoted rate.

M&L for replacement of Earth pit chamber and cover with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 for chamber and RCC 1:1.5:3, type A1 cover slab, 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 140 mm C/C both ways, 10 mm dia plain bar lifting handle embedded in cover slab, painting complete chamber and cover as per standard color code including cleaning vegetation 2x2 mtr vicinity of chamber and taking out old chamber complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Installation in repair of Advance conductive compound based chemical compound technology with upgraded high tensile low carbon steel rod as per UL 467 and as per BS 7430 with copper Coating 250 microns. Earthing system confirming to IS:3034. The ROD should be 17.2 mm & 3 Meter length with rod to tape clamp, CR 125 (type A)additional protection of the terminal.Chemical compound should be The highly Conductive Compound as per BSEN 50164-7with 25kg each bag resistivity should be 0.05 ohm meter.. The job includes digging pit and refilling the same by Back Fill Compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal having mixed with 3:1 cement , a conductive concrete is formed.The earth pit should be provided with a light weight inspection pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. In areas where soil condition is bad, good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing BFC a convenient and permanent solution by adding with 3:1 ratio chemical compound with the earth electrode is the main component of the earthing system which is in direct contact with the ground and thus provides a means of releasing or collecting earth leakage currents. The material should have good electrical conductivity and anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions.

Make :- ABB FurseCEM as per RB 336. Each earth pit should contain:- 1.) 1 no. copper bonded high tensile low carbon steel, 17. 2 mm dia , 3 meter length. 2.) Rod to tape clamp (type A). 3.) 25kg chemical compound as per BSEN 50164-7 4.) Light weight inspection pit cover with 5000kg weight load capacity. Note :- (i) Design/ Drawing of the Advance Earthing system incl technical specification as per OEM shall be submitted to Engr in charge for approval of GE before placing final order by the contractor. (ii) Cost of dismantling of old unsv Earthing is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.
