Annual Maintenance Contract of Various Electrical / Mechanical Services at FSD Panvel

Repairs & maintenance of the following Elect/Mech installation according to the terms & condition as per IE rule 1.Plug point/Power point 2. Fans,E.I.,street light/compound lighting 3. water supply 4.HT/LT panel maintenance including transformers,operating of DG set (Staff Required) Wireman Gr I - 02 Nos on all working days except S / Saturday, Sunday & Holiday Helper - 02 Nos on all working days & except S / Saturday, Sunday & Holiday

Supply of LED Tube rod 20-22 Watt as required -Lighting Color- Cool daylight (6500-7500K),Lumen output ->=100 Lumens/Watt with 2 years manufacturing warranty.

Rewinding of open well submersible pump motor of all types and make upto and including 5 HP with coated copper wires and overhauling with minor repairs,etc., testing for the original speed H.P. and no load consumption & guarantee for one year.

Replacement the existing Impellar of approved make for pump 5 HP of all types with due alignment of the shaft and tested.

Replacement the existing Bush and Bearing of approved make for pump 5 HP of all types with due alignment of the shaft and tested.

Rewinding the motor of the table / pedstal / ceiling / exhaust fan of all type and make and over hauling including minor repairs and testing of original speed and consumption with gaurantee for one year along with Replacing the existing Ball Bearing & Bushing of complete with alignment of shaft and testing with replacement of Capacitor .

Supplying of 35 watt LED high efficacy wellglass advanced design luminaires suitable for industrial use, housing made of pressure die cast aluminium powder coated with ingress protection of IP66, consumes lesser energy and maintain high lighting levels with 1no. eyebolt provided for mounting purpose on godown truss/wall along with all accessories such as clamp, nuts, bolts,etc as required and completed in all respect Lighting Color- Cool daylight (6500-7500K),Lumen output ->=100 Lumens/Watt with 2 years manufacturing warranty. (NABLCertified as per ISO / IEC Specification)

Supply of following size of FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated, single core copper conductor cable as required.(ISI Certified)

Providing and fixing of lightning conductor finial, made of 25 mm dia 300 mm long, G.I. tube, having single prong at top, with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick G.I. base plate including holes etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing G.I. tape 20 mm x 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required.(For vertical run)

Jointing copper / G.I. tape (with another copper/GI tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) by riveting / nut bolting/ sweating and soldering etc as required.

Providing and fixing testing joint, made of 20 mm X 3 mm thick G.I. strip, 125 mm long, with 4 nos of GI bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and spring washers etc. complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.
