Cleaning the concrete surface by removing dirt and debris, marking defective locations and removing loose concrete by careful stripping until hard surface is exposed, cutting the concrete to regular shape, wire brushing the exposed surface and removing debris from site complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge 50mm avg thickness .

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge

Extra Cutting of exposed reinforcement bars manually by mechanical means in RCC of R.B work(Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of RCC /RB work) as per direction of EIC.

Air compressor 250 cfm with two leads for pneumatic cutters /hammers including cost of services of operating staff, Cost of lubricating oil, diesel / Petrol/ Kerosene oil , other consumables for running the plant and machinery.

Providing and applying CE certified high performance cementitious R4 mortar EN 1504-3 mortar on exposed/ eroded concrete surface as per technical specification. (Complete finished item with all leads and lifts).

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (up to roof of ground floor) (c) Steel shuttering or 9 to 12 mm thick approved quality ply board shuttering in any concrete work.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (i) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-70A20 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including transferring of concrete to site by transit mixture etc. and placing and laying at site but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement but including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability and strength without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. (Cement content 535 Kg, silicafume75 Kg, Superplasticizer 7.93 Kg, Aggregate Pakur Variety and sand river sand). Concrete is to be poured as per mix design provided by EIC and as per direction of EICVariation in cement, silica fume and admixture shall be regulated at the rate given in special condition of contract.(Ready Mixed Concrete).
