Seat and back cushion cover for cinema chair, made up of stain repellent fabric quality of UV-117 & 119.

Side panel for cinema chair rectangular, made out of 6mm thick commercial plywood (BWR grade), with curvature on long arm having 15" base to crest distance and 12" bottom and top short arm length, pasted with fabric of approved colour and shade.

Supply and replacement of arm rest for cinema chair made out of high bright plastic with cup holder at the front and seat No, marked/pasted complete all as directed.

Dismantling cinema chairs including supply and replacement of Push Back system as per existing, refixing the chairs after repair work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for carrying out repair to Desk with Bench (Type - III) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (Trade pattern)

M&L top frame made out of 25mm MS square pipe of 18 gauge of rectangular of size 100 x 25 cm to support writing top and fixed to base frame with suitable welding, necessary rubber caps to open end of square pipe and including spray painting with 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer & removal of unserviceable frame.

M&L writing top of size 110 x 40 cm made out from 18 mm thick medium density fibre (MDF) board, both side laminated, exterior grade (grade-I), electric blue colour including teak wood beeding all around edges, fixed to MS frame with required nut & bolts including removing of unserviceable writing top.

M&L bag shelf of size 93 x 25 cm made out from 18 mm thick medium density fibre (MDF) board, both side laminated, exterior grade (grade-I), electric blue colour, including teak wood beading all around edges, fixing to MS legs with nut & bolts including removing of unserviceable bag shelf.

M&L front leg frame made out from 25 mm MS square pipe of 18 gauge of rectangular size 58/55 x 20 cm to support writing top frame and bag shelf, necessary rubber caps to open end of square pipe including spray painting with 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer & removing of unserviceable front leg frame.

M&L front cover of size 100 x 25 cm made out from 12 mm thick medium density fibre (MDF) board, both side laminated, exterior grade (grade-I), electric blue colour including teak wood beading all around edges, fixed between writing top and bag shelf to front leg frame with nut & bolt including removing of unserviceable front cover.

M&L base frame made out from 25 mm MS square pipe of 18 gauge of rectangular size 100 x 90 cm to support front & back leg frame, fixed with suitable welding and adjustable screws with hard rubber 04 Nos at bottom of base frame, necessary rubber caps to open end of square pipe including spray painting with 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer & removing of unserviceable base frame.

M&L back leg frame made out from 25 mm MS square pipe of 18 gauge of rectangular size 30 x 20 cm to support desk seat, fixed to base frame with welding including spray painting with 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer & removing unserviceable back leg frame.

M&L seat frame made out from 25 mm MS square pipe of 18 gauge of rectangular size 100 x 30 cm to support desk seat, fixed to back legs with welding and necessary rubber caps to open end of square pipe including spray painting with 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer & removing unserviceable seat frame.

M&L desk seat of size 100 x 35 cm made out from 18 mm thick medium density fibre (MDF) board, both side laminated, exterior grade (grade-I), electric blue colour including teak wood beading all around edges, fixed to beck leg frame with nut & bolt including removing of unserviceable desk seat.

M&L back support frame made out from 25 mm MS square pipe of 18 gauge of rectangular size 100 x 40 cm, fixed to seat frame with suitable welding, necessary rubber caps to open end of square pipe including spray painting with 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer & removing of unserviceable back support frame.

M&L back support of size 110 x 20 cm made out from 18 mm thick medium density fibre (MDF) board, both side laminated, exterior grade (grade-I), electric blue colour including teak wood beading all around edges, fixed to back support frame with nut & bolts including removing of unserviceable back support.

M&L 25 mm MS square pipe of 18 gauge at any portion / location of desk with bench including necessary welding, spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and removing of unserviceable pipe.

M&L for complete removal of old paint & rust from steel frame of Desk with Bench and including spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer.

Supply & replacement of following unserviceable items of charpoy GI pipe complete all as shown in drawing and as directed. (Drg No. - FD-220)

Charpoy top made out of 12 mm thick plywood, 7 layer, BWR grade plywood of size 6'6" x 3'

Stiffner made out of 40 x 6 mm MS flat iron of 85 cm (+/- 2 cm) length with three holes of required size and including necessary screws / nuts, bolts & including spray paint with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete.

Long rail made out of 32 mm bore GI pipe of medium grade.

Fixing short rail made out from 32 mm bore GI pipe obtained from old long rail and including dismantling old short rail. Note:- Serviceable quantity of GI pipe obtained from dismantling of long rail shall be reused under this item by cutting the same to length of short rail & threading both ends.

Fixing legs made out from 32 mm bore GI pipe obtained from old short rail, supply and welding of 3 mm thick and 50 mm dia MS base plate at bottom of leg, 2 Nos. 25 x 3 mm flat iron made to shape of 15 mm dia clamp & welded to face of leg, one 16 gauge washer welded to bottom of lower clamp for fixing MNF set and including painting clamp & base plate with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer & dismantling old leg. Note:- Serviceable quantity of GI pipe obtained from dismantling of short rail shall be reused under this item by cutting the same to length of legs & threading one end.
