Cleaning of aereation tank, secondaryclarifier, including cleaning of hardened sludge from the bottom of tank surface and desposing the same in the form of slurry or cakes at suitable location and cleaning of componants present therein like diffusers, tube settlers media using appropriate equipments and toos according to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
Constracton of temporary holding tank including compaction of the base using a mechanical/manual rolling for even surfacing of the base floor at sewewrage treatment plant of sufficient hight for partial diversion of sewerage and falling back the same after stacking the excavated earth /soil up to the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.
Design and calculation of MBBR media for 2.5MLD capacity single stage biological treatment tank including supply and installation of same.
Polyurethere sheet not less then 3mm thickness to be layed evenly as the tank liner system and fixing of the same with appropraite fixtures.
Design Supply installation of sewerage and clear water pumps for interconnecting of various components of sewerage tretment unit.
Galvaniside MS pipes and helpe pipes of relevent grades and lengths as per design calculations for diversions of sewerage from equalisation tank to aereation tank and from secondary clarifire to tube setller etc. also providing GI/ HDEP and fixing the same for temporary diversion of sewerage in the underground tank of defferent diameters for interconnections and diversion as per disign and setisfection of the engineer in Charge.
Design supply and installation of the aeration grid including diffusers and connecting the same with the existing blowers complete in all respect up to the setisfaction of the engineer in charge.
