Providing, placing & installing of Steel Almirah (Welded) of overall Size: 900(W) × 485(D) × 1980(H) with intermediate four shelves for making 4 compartments and 1 full length locker. The construction shall be welded construction with Made from combination of door leaf, side, back panels, four nos. intermediate shelves shall be made of minimum 0.8 mm thick CRCA without any burrs or dents. The top and bottom panel shall be made of 0.9mm thick CRCA and all other metal component shall be made of 0.8mm thick CRCA. Stiffeners shall be provided wherever required in the almirah to prevent any deflection/deformations on the outer body. One internal locker compartment having 2 leafs made of CRCA sheet of thickness 0.9 mm. locker should have locking mechanism with two way locking mechanism keeping safe and valuable items. The locking and handle of the storage shall be mazak handle with three way locking mechanism. The Almirah should have 2 welded Legs along the depth of the Almirah of size 75mm Width x 100mm Height made up of 1mm thick galvanized sheet which acts as a under structure of the storage. The shelving shall be height adjustable for every inch pitch and shall have a load capacity of 40kg. The shelves shall be supported on four self-brackets made of CRCA steel sheeting not less than 1.6 mm thick. The door shutter, shelves, shall be bend (lipped) to provide the strength and to resist the deflection. The shelves shall have lipped flanges 35mm in width and minimum 8mm in depth. The door shutter shall be auto closing CED Coated hinges for better adjustment of doors with minimum 3 nos. in each leaf of door. The almirah shall be epoxy powder coated to the thickness of 50 microns. The transportation of the almirah and carriage from ground floor to 25th floor and placing in the rooms in position including unwrapping of covers with their disposal upto the dumping ground, cleaning of almirah etc. complete is also in the scope of work. The steel almirah colours / samples shall be approved by the engineer-in-charge.
