M&L for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws to hangar roof at 12 to 20mtr height including Dismantling of existing plain or corrugated steel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, Ridge, valley/ gutter fixed with self tapping screws to hangar roof at 12 to 20mtr height including Dismantling of existing Plain or corrugated steel /AC Sheet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 0.63mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, as in valley gutters, drip at crumples in required shape and size and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 and making special shape to connect rain water pipe fixed with self tapping screws at any height exc. 10 mtr and n.exc 20 mtr including Dismantling of existing sheet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc including dismantling of existing sheet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or wind ties for roof including securing bolts;

M&L Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing including dismantling of old MS work complete confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; including fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plate etc confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete including dismantling of old MS work all as specified and as directed.

Easing/ adjusting & repairing of sliding doors of Aircraft hangers of size exceeding 18 Sqm but n.exc. 45 Sqm of each shutter by providing welding, oiling, greasing, etc all necessary arrangements required for smooth sliding and locking of the sliding door complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note : Supply of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately

Repair and maintenance of existing pulley of any description and in any position at height not exc. 15m with or without taking down existing pulleys, ascertaining serviceability, ensuring smooth functioning of pulleys including greasing, oiling etc and replacement of minor parts like screws, nut & bolts, washers etc and fixing the same in existing position with necessary welding, riveting, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Scaffolding for repair of pulleys upto any height shall be deemed to inlcude in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Easing/ adjusting & repairing of roller gates of various sizes by providing welding, oiling, greasing, etc all necessary arrangements required for smooth sliding complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note : Supply of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately
