Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand): Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing (As per DSR 13.31.1)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre (As per DSR 13.41.1)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) (As per DSR 13.47.1)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture (As per DSR 13.62.1)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete (As per DSR 13.80)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade Old work (one or more coats applied @ 0.83 ltr/10 sqm). (As per DSR 13.112.2)

Repair of deteriorated RCC Balconies, beams, walls, ceiling collumn or other concrete, surface having exposed rusted bars consisting of following operations (a) chipping of concrete surface 25mm thick overage depth afterwards removal of loose concrete and exposing the steel bars. Cleaning the surface properly to remove dust particles and rust from the steel bars. (b) Moistening the surface properly and applying arcylic polymer (acrocrete /pidilite/mastercrete o r its equivalent) coating mixed with cement for proper bonding o fold and new concrete i n two coats 0.2kg per 1kg of cement. (c) Providing and fixing chicken mesh of standard size and 26 guage with steel reinforcement by using binding wire and nails complete. (d) Proving and placing of cement concrete i:11/2:3 having average thickness 1"(3/4" to 11/4" thick) mixed with arcylic polymer admixture @ 1kg per bag of cement and waterproof agent @ 400ml per 2 bags of cement including finishing the surface complete in all respect a s per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
