Supply of 900 mm dia. MS pipe having length of 6 Mtrs. made out of 10 mm thick M.S. Sheet. (DJB CR)

Supply of 1 No. Socket of 980 mm dia., 175 mm length, made out of 14 mm thick M.S. Sheet & 1 No. Picket of 950 mm dia., 125 mm length, made out of 14 mm thick M.S. Sheet (if the main is of CI). (DJB CR)

Supply 02 Nos. of 900 mm dia. Slow SW Flanges made out of 1100 X 1100 mm, 30 mm thick MS sheet (if the main is of MS). (DJB CR)

Cost of balance MS sheet after making the 02 Nos. flanges. (if the main is of MS). (Market Rate)

Supplying pig lead at site of work. (DSR'2018 18.29) - 02 Nos. for 02 sides, 1 No. is approx. 40 Kgs. Total Weight - 80 Kgs. (if the main is of CI)

Pumping out water caused by springs, tidal or river seepage, broken water mains or drains and the like. (DSR’18 14.23) (Actual will be paid)

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete. (if the main is of MS) (DSR’18 10.22) (Actual will be paid)

Excavating the site using JCB, after excavation cutting the line, dewatering will be done using dewatering pump, if the line is of MS then flange welding will be done with the pipe in both sides & after tightening the butterfly valve (provided by the Department), collar welding will be done in both sides of the valve with the line & fix the valve. If line the line is of CI then Socket Picket will be prepared & pig lead joint will be fitted & valve will be fitted in the line. During the whole process dewatering will be done. The work also includes breaking of the one side of the existing 900 mm dia. Sluice Valve chamber, overhauling of the flap of the existing 900 mm dia. Sluice Valve & closing the opening of the dome by using MS sheet. (Justified Rate)

Making of Butterfly Valve Chamber: - Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: DSR’2018 6.1 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand): DSR’2018 6.1.2 (Total Volume = 1.38 X 4 = 5.52 Cum.)

Making of Butterfly Valve Chamber: - 12 mm cement plaster of mix: DSR’2018 13.4 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand): DSR’2018 13.4.2 (Total Volume = 2 X 4 X 3 = 24 Sq. Mtrs.)
