Clearing Scrub Jungle without alignment for the widening of the formation of the road cutting of trace up to 30mm girth products the cleaning are to be stocked in such a place as ordered by the departmental officer and the ground shall be left in a perfectly clean condition. All holes of hollows whether original, existing (or) produced by digging of roots shall than be carefully filled up the earth well rammed and leveled of and the entire work completed in all respect as per SI 17 (2).

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank within initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS .20.A

Providing and laying including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at Optimum moisture content and hire fuel charges for powerroller, watersprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing dangerlights etc. comp for base-course and side berms.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 2

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMB/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Applying Tack coat over BT Surface using of RS-1 Bitumen 60/70 for 10sqm including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

DENSE BITUMINOUS MACADAM 50 MM THICK with paver finish using powr roller and .35cum of 26.5-13.2 mm grad metal,0.21 cum of 13.2-2.36mm meal and 4.95 kg of bitumn with all cost and all labour chargs etc. complete

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete (BC) of 25mm thick based on Job Mix Formula mixed in hot mix plant of drum type in one layer for overlay as shown in drawing using paving CRMB 55 penetration grade3 (IS:73) and aggregates conforming to grading 2 of Table 500 - 5 of MORT & H specifications and BC shall be laid using sensor paver finisher to the required level, grade and compacting to atleast 98% of laboratory Marshall desnity as per clause 509 complete

Road Marking-Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT&H specification No.803

Providing and erecting single sided double guard metal beam crash barrier system 70m high, comprising of 3mm thick wall "W" beams posts and spacer channel shall be made by cold roll forming using HR conform to IS 5986 Fe 410/360 and dip galvanized having Zinc mass of 550 gms/sqm, Minimum950mm above road/ ground level fized on ISMC series channel vertical post 150x75x5mm spaced 2m lonf post directly embedded in the concrete (M15) pit size 350x350x800mm for a depth of 750mm below ground. Fixing bolts and not hot dip galvanized conforming to IS:1367 clause 4.60 all complete as per Technical Specification and directed by the Engineer in charge
