Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundations etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manhols, pier holes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.50 meter in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as specified.

Removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified.

Cleaning CI/PVC/SGSW pipe (from kitchen/bath/wash hand basin/urinal) of any size/shape to 1st manhole by roding/choke remover/manually as in foul condition etc complete all as specified.

Cleaning CI/SGSW/PVC pipe of 100 mm bore from WC to first manhole by rodding/choke remover manually as in foul condition after taking off manhole cover and placing manhole cover (old) in position all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of existing drain pipes 150mm internal dia at any depth by roding manually as reqd at site from manhole and well flushing after cleaning incl. getting out sludge if any and liquid materials from connecting manholes, deposited in lines, removing solids and sludge to any distance place out side defence land at own cost and cost of removal shall be included in this rate all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 6.00 above but 200mm dia.

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed ware,PVC, AC or reinforced pipes) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up 100/110mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed ware,PVC, AC or reinforced pipes) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes of 150 mm bore including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes of 100/110 mm bore including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar & removing rubbish off the premises.

Material and labour for precast machine pressed concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M 35 grade. wirh grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors/pavements cushioning including watering and consolidation complete all as specfied and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling existing old damaged fencing wire mesh, any type and fixing new chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Removing/cleaning of silt, mud,etc under culvert and in the drain of any width and length in soft/loose soil including depositing of removed material from site at a distance n exc 50cm and deposited where directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old treated plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrubbing down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescence salts and treating oil and greasy spots removing dust, dirt and all loose scales of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted concrete surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.
