Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of LT out door type factory made (CPRI Approved) , Feeder pillar box(KIOSK) of size 750mmX600mmX500mm (over all dimension ) with mild steel angle iron of size 40X40X5mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 40X6 mm in horizontal sides of the Panel, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15mm CRCA sheet and 40x40x5 mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front & back opening type, with holes for cable entry with cable glands and fixing danger notice plate made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, of size 20 x 15cm with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door pillar box etc with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English complete all as specified and directed. With double door shutter and providing suitable locking arrangement. Aluminium bus bar of 700 Amps rating, including color coded insulation as per IS with drill hole 8 way for incoming/outgoing including aluminium lugs, GI bolts, Nuts and washers of suitable size. Installed on Porcelain / synthetic bridge insulators, heavy duty with necessary steel / GI screws, bolts, nuts and washers -08 Nos, including indicator switches with suitable control wiring complete all as specified and as directed. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. complete all as specified and directed including connections of all out going/in coming existing cables of size 25/35/50/95/120/ 150 Sqmm by drawing /digging out cable from

loops in trenches outside the Bldg inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work as required and relaying the cables with retrieved bricks and providing new sand cushioning and crimping suitable size copper lugs for terminal connections of cables, Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class `B’, old size bricks, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) on top and grouting bolts etc for Feeder pillar box complete all as specified and as directed Engr-in-Charge. as specified and as directed., Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class `B’, old size bricks, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for Junction box. (II) Outgoing :-

(i) MCCB 4 Pole, Thermal Magnetic Based adjustable type 200A, Breaking capacity 25 KA, 415 V, 50 Hz with OL, SC, protection, -02 Nos along with Spreader terminals

(ii) MCCB 4 Pole, Thermal Magnetic Based adjustable type 100A, Breaking capacity 16 KA, 415 V, 50 Hz with OL, SC, protection, -02 Nos along with Spreader terminals for location

(iii) MCB TPN 32 Amp 10 KA C-Curve - 1No

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line,and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning & filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&Lfly ash old size bricks , straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.

M & L for local sand coushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable 150 mm sand after laying the cable and then punned. After punning thickness of sand cushioning shall be 18 cm and filling the sand in cable duct of inside the sub station building complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only punned thickness of sand shall be measured for payment.
