Excavation by Mechanical means(Hydraulic excavator )/manual means in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all classifications of soil such as pick work ,pick jumper work , jumper blasting work , soft and hard blasting ,saturated soil , including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil in all leads dewatering and or removal of slush and other incidentals , including stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and than returning the stacked soil in all thickness of layers when required into plinths side of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in- charge with in all leads , lifts and other incidentals complete in all hiehgts . The rate is including Octroi ,Royality ,Malkana,Toll tax Sale Tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated P C C 1:4:8( 1 cement :4 sand : 8 stone agg 40mm) One cement :for sand :eight stone agg forty and Nominal size curring complete in or under water including pumping or bailing out water /dewatering ,romooval of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete excluding cost of form work in Foundation and Plinth in all depth /hieghts as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge including carriage of material with all leads ,lifts . The rate is including Octroi ,Royality ,Malkana,Toll tax Sale Tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced concrete work garde M25 ( M twenty five ) design mix to obtain minimum compressive strength of 25 N/mm2 ( Twenty Five n/mm2) with in cement contents of 400 kg /m3 (four hundred kg/m3) curring complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced work in foundation footings ,basis of coumn ,walls ( any thickness) ,including attached pilastered ,buttresses ,plinth and string courses ,fillets pillers peirs ,abutments ,posts and struts etc upto all floor V level complete as per approved drawing ,design and specifications as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer In Charge .einfircement .The rate is including Octroi ,Royality ,Malkana,Toll tax Sale Tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .All works below plinth beam .

Providning and laying Tore steel of SAIL/TATA TISCON/JINDAL/KAMDHENU/SHYAM STEEL/RIL STEEL reinforcement for thermo mechanically coated bars of grade Fe 500 D for reinforced cement concrete work including bending ,binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire and other incidental for its completeion upto Floor Level V complete as per approved drawing ,design .The rate is including Octroi ,Royality ,Malkana,Toll tax Sale Tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15 mm (three decimal fifteen millimeter ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30X5 mm (thirty into thirty into five millimeters )so as to give a fair finish including centering , shuttering ,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling & removal of same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation ,Footings ,Basis of Columns etc and mass concrete and as directed by the Egnineer In Charge including carrige of material with in all leads lifts and other incidentals .The rate is including Octroi ,Royality ,Malkana,Toll tax Sale Tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15 mm (three decimal fifteen millimeter ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30X5 mm (thirty into thirty into five millimeters )so as to give a fair finish including centering , shuttering ,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling & removal of same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Column ,Pillers ,Posts and struts (Square ,Rectangular /Polyguns in plan ) ,upto all floor level and as directed by the Egnineer In Charge including carrige of material with in all leads lifts and other incidentals .The rate is including Octroi ,Royality ,Malkana,Toll tax Sale Tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Steel work welded in built up sections /framed work ,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc .As required in grating ,frames ,guard bars ,ladders .railings ,brackets ,gates and similler works as per approved drawing design and specifications as per direction and entire stecfication of the Engineer In Charge .Including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidentls .The rate is including Octroi ,Royality ,Malkana,Toll tax Sale Tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and fixing 0.6 mm thick prepainted steel sheet (ISImarked Z-120) of TATA/DURASHINE/SAIL/RELIENCE/JINDAL SHEETS in roofing with hot dipped metalic Zinck coated sheet with top caot of reguler modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 micron primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i.e fixing with prepainted iron J or L hook ,bolts and nuts 6 mm dia with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidental and as per directionof Engineer In Charge .The rate is including Octroi ,Royality ,Malkana,Toll tax Sale Tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .
