| 1.04The boundary walls (in ‘L’ or ‘T’ Shape) of the height 4000 mm and footing depth of 1200 mm with minimum thickness of 100 mm in wall and 150 mm in foundation and minimum M30 (Design Mix) concrete shall alternatively be considered for provision of boundary wall. 100 mm thick lean concrete in M7.5 (Nominal Mix) below precast foundation element shall be provided. The provision of swan neck, galvanised barbed wire, concertina coil shall be as mentioned above. The necessary provision for fixing swan neck to precast panel shall be made for laying of concertina coil. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 1.05Notes for BOQ srl item No 1.00 above :- (i) the quoted rate shall be based on the reinforcement requirements and dimensions as determined by design calculations, subject to compliance with the minimum reinforcement and dimension as specified in the relevant Indian Standards. In cases where the design calculations indicate a requirement lower than the prescribed minimum standards, the minimum provisions of the Indian Standards shall prevail and be implemented accordingly. (ii) Weep holes of dia 50 mm shall be left at 1000 mm spacing in each panel just above ground level. The necessary extra reinforcement shall be provided around weep holes. (iii) The expansion/ separation joints shall be provided at every 30 metres along the boundary wall. The measurement of the boundary wall for payment purposes shall be made in running metres, including the length occupied by the crumple joints. No extra payment shall be made on account of double provisions of column or any additional components required at the crumple joint locations. (iv) The net bearing capacity shall be 8 t/m2 at 1.2 metre depth from ground level. (v) The Design shall be vetted by the Government Engineering Colleges. (vi) Cost for loading, unloading, transportation /T&P (Hydra crane/crane and vehicle), erecting, inserting shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted, nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (vii) For the purpose of Running Payment, the rate for the Provision of punched tape concertina coil and barbed wire fencing on the top of wall shall be restricted to 8% of the quoted rate for BOQ. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
