Note : All unserviceable materials obtained out of demolition/dismantling/taking down (other than those for which credit catered under Schedule of credit) shall be disposed of outside MoD Land. Quoted rates against respective item shall deemed to include for same.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5 m depth & getting out, for laying of cables, foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. and getting out including triming and forming bottom surface complete, all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable HT UG cable and Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade of , IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

120 Sqmm, 3 core NOTE :- (a) Excavation & earth work, shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the BOQ. (b) GI pipe for laying of cable, sand cushioning, cable protection cover shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the BOQ (c) Road cutting involved during excavation for laying of cables etc shall be made good as per existing road. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates of the item shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

M & L in replacement for outdoor type heat shrinkable cable end termination jointing kit for HT 11000 Volts(Earthed) grade cable of following size complete with jointing material and accessories complete all as directed :-

Taking out old unserviceable LT UG cable and Supplying, Fixing/laying, jointing and testing and commissioning, LT under ground cables, 1100 Volts grade, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminuim conductors, laid in trenches, ducts/fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

M & L for dry sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

Supply and laying factory made ISI marked un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type I flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick protection for UG XLPE cable with burnt clay old size sub class 'B' bricks laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not more than 10mm and width equal to length of brick in trenches across the cable complete all as directed.

M & L for trenchless boring in any strata of soil across road, pavement, hardstanding etc by using hand operated boring tool upto a depth as directed but not less than 0.60 mtr below GL/ road, pavement, hardstanding etc for laying of HT cable under road, pavement, hardstanding etc without damaging existing under ground materials including provision of HDPE pipe of 100mm dia of 0.4mpa working pressure complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement HT cable route indicator made out of standard cast iron body firmly mounted on angle iron of size 40mm x 40mm x 5mm 750mm long along HT cable trench, painting exposed iron surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of colour as directed over a coat of red oxide primer including embedding of route indicator in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 block of size 15cmx15cmX30cm deep, complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully existing street light fittings any wattage or type from electrical poles and Supply, Installation, commissioning and testing of High Intensity type LED based street light fitting of 72 + 3 Watts rating enclosed in epoxy powder coated high grade pressure die-cast aluminum housing with weather proof gasket for LEDs and control gear arrangements, epoxy powder coated high grade pressure die-cast aluminum frame with heat resistant toughened clear glass fixed with SS screws, integrated lens, colour temp 5700 K + 300 K, 5 kV in-built surge protection in driver, in addition equipped with 10 kV external surge protection, Input voltage range 140 V - 310 V, 50 HZ, AC, access to driver from top, Ingress protection IP-66, system efficacy of fitting should not less than 100 lumen/Watt, easily adjustable for different mounting pipes, safety compliance of driver to IS 15885 Part 2/Section 13 and luminaire safety compliance to IS-10322/IEC 60958, Effeciency of driver electronic not less than 90%, power factor of complete fitting not less than 0.95, complete all as specified & directed. {Model/Make:- EDGE Series Cat Part No. BRTFG 72W LED V3 of make BAJAJ or equivalent model of list of makes as per Particular specification).

Taking down carefully existing landscape light fittings any wattage or type from post top and Supply, Installation, commissioning and testing of LED landscape light fittings (post top) of 40 Watts rating, LED post top made in pressure die cast aluminium spigot housing, resistant to impact and corrosion, glare free with better uniformity for 360 degree indirect light, IP-65 protection complete all as specified & directed. {Model/Make:-MAPLE Series Cat Part No. LPTO-40-CDL of make Crompton or equivalent model of list of makes as per Particular specification).

S & F sheet metal enclosure vertical type double door DB TPN 8 way suitable to accomodate MCCB FP, 415 volts, protection class IP-43 made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester with epoxy powder coated surface mounted confirming to IS-13032, IS 8623, BS-5484 with tinned copper bus bar of 200 Amps capacity all as specified and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. {Model/Make : Cat Part No DHDLVDRWAOF008 of make havells or equivalent model of makes listed in List makes}. (Note: MCCB & MCBs shall be measured and paid separately)

S & F MCCB four pole Fixed Thermal magnatic type 100 Amp rupturing capacity 16 KA, 415 V AC, 50 Hz confirming to IEC 60947-2 & IS – 13947-3 complete, all as specified & directed.

S & F MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, 240 volts, B-curve, rupturing capacity 10KA conforming to IEC-60898, Part-I complete, all as specified & directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawing and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for protection of earth wire and connected to continous earth lead on pole/test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust common salt PCC 1:2:4 type B1, chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, PGI/CI funnel and wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 5 on srl page No 497 of SSR Part I (2009) drawing and connection to earth test point including testing and including dismantling and taking out old earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The cost of earth lead /strip and GI pipe for protection of earth lead/strip upto 7.5m is included in the quoted rate. OUTGOING (a) MCCB four pole 250 Amp confirming to IEC 60947-2 & IS – 13947-3 thermal magnetic release and adjustable over load setting 0.8 – 1.0 x In and adjustable short circuit setting 6 – 10 x In and rupturing capacity 36 KA at 415 V AC , 50 Hz complete - 01 Nos. (b) MCCB four pole 100 Amp confirming to IEC 60947-2 & IS – 13947-3 thermal magnetic release and adjustable over load setting 0.8 – 1.0 x In and adjustable short circuit setting 6 – 10 x In and rupturing capacity 25 KA at 415 V AC , 50 Hz complete - 02 Nos. (c) MCCB four pole 63 Amp confirming to IEC 60947-2 & IS – 13947-3 thermal magnetic release and adjustable over load setting 0.8 – 1.0 x In and adjustable short circuit setting 6 – 10 x In and rupturing capacity 25 KA at 415 V AC , 50 Hz complete - 02 Nos. (d) Power contactor, 3 Pole, Type ML-3 with 2NO+ 2NC auxiliary contacts confirming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1, coil voltage 415 volts Cat Part No. SS 90721 of Make L & T or equivalent model of Makes listed in List of makes. (e) One spare compartment. Notes (a) All armoured cables shall enter through bottom of the feeder pillar duly glanded and socketed and connected to MCCB/cable terminal. Cost of glanding socketing etc are deemed to be included in the unit rate of feeder pillar. (b) All the out going cable shall be terminated in bakellite cable connector and shall be duly glanded and socketed. (c) All the cables (power and control wiring ) should be terminated duly socketed with heavy duty tinned copper lugs, GI bolts/screws nuts, flat washers and spring washers as required. (d) White acrylic marker plate (for feeder / switch marking ) to be provided with black lettering by heat press machine as indicated in drawing and to be pasted over the panel door/near the cable connector with high quality adhesive. (e) The cost of platform/foundation with PCC shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (f) The consolidated rate for Srl No. 23.00 & 23.10 shall be quoted against Srl No. 23.00 of BOQ.

Taking down existing old unserviceable Busbar Chamber and Supply, installing, testing and commissioning Busbar Chamber outdoor type of size 1200x1500x450mm, totally enclosed, cubical type, front openable, single door, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet on MS angle 50x50x6mm frame welded to the bottom, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, and to accommodate following components. The Busbar Chamber shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection with aprons for cable entry, with locking arrangement {including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys}, internal wiring with PVC insulated, multistranded copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 4 sqmm. The scope of work includes the following:- (a) Copper bus bar of rating 630 Amps for four pole including PVC heat shrink sleeves (RYB & N ) : 02 Sets (a) MCCB four pole 250 Amp confirming to IEC 60947-2 & IS – 13947-3 thermal magnetic release and adjustable over load setting 0.8 – 1.0 x In and adjustable short circuit setting 6 – 10 x In and rupturing capacity 36 KA at 415 V AC , 50 Hz complete - 01 No. Notes (a) All armoured cables shall enter through bottom of the Busbar Chamber duly glanded and socketed and connected to MCCB/cable terminal/fixed to busbar. Cost of glanding/socketing etc are deemed to be included in the unit rate of Busbar Chamber. (b) All the out going cable shall be terminated in bakellite cable connector and shall be duly glanded and socketed. (c) All the cables should be terminated duly socketed with heavy duty tinned copper lugs, GI bolts/screws nuts, flat washers and spring washers as required.
