Developing and enlarging the trial bore of 250 mm dia bore perfectly vertical including maintaining strata samples duly graphically recorded and carried out electronic log test of the layers to the complete depth etc including reaming of 250 mm bore by enlarging to not less than 675mm dia bore suitable for lowering mild steel casing pipes and gravel packing for the required length complete all as specified and directed. Drilling from ground level upto 150 mtr depth.

Developing and enlarging the trial bore of 250 mm bore perfectly vertical including maintaining strata samples duly graphically recorded and carried out electronic log test of the layers to the complete depth etc including reaming of 250 mm bore by enlarging to not less than 575mm dia bore suitable for lowering Mild steel casing pipes and gravel packing for the required length complete all as specified and directed. Drilling depth exceeding 150 m and not exceeding 250 mtr depth.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing Mild steel ERW casing pipe 350 mm internal dia having wall thickness not less than 8.00 mm confirming to IS : 4270-2001, screwed and socketed and welded to each other length of pipe upto 6 m long, including necessary fittings & fixtures (socket) and jointing from ground level duly painted with two coats of bituminous paint on external surfaces of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item no 7.00 above but mild steel ERW casing pipe 250mm internal dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing of stainless steel slotted pipes 350 mm internal dia having wall thickness not less than 8.00 mm confirming to IS 8110 - 2000 (reaffirmed 2006), cage type wire wound screen ‘V’ shaped profile in suitable length having slots of size not more than 1mm width including necessary end coupling threaded or welded as directed into bore holes beyond casing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item no 9.00 above but stainless steel slotted pipe 250mm internal dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for mild steel reducing socket 350 mm x 250 mm including welding MS strip 32 mm X 6mm (6 nos) on each joint extended 100mm on each side complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The wall thickness of the socket side shall not be less than 8.0 mm.

Material and labour for borewell cap 8 mm thickness, suitable for MS ERW casing pipe 350 mm dia and duly drilled for 100 mm dia GI medium grade column pipes including locking arrangement with top end of the casing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bail plug 250 mm dia, one metre long made of MS ERW pipe of 8 mm thickness with strong iron hook, screwed and duly welded to lower most end of casing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and lowering of MS centering guide into borewell, made out of flat MS ribs suitable for 350 / 250 mm dia MS casing pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing housing clamp 150 cm long in two halves 20 cm wide, made out 20mm thick MS plate for 350 mm dia MS casing pipe with necessary bolts and nuts with twin washers at ground level embedded in plain cement concrete block up to 1.4 cum of (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Development of tube well by air compressor of capacity not less than 500 CFM at 150 to 200 PSIG approximate capacity as required on ground till to get clear water confirming to IS: 11189 - 1985 (reaffirmed 1999), complete confirming including carrying out yield test complete all as specified and directed.

Development of tube well by submersible pump of higher capacity for required hours to ascertain quality and yield of the well complete all as specified and directed.

Yield testing of the tube well as specified and directed to determine the safe pumping capacity of tube well by continuously pumping for 16 hrs complete all as specified and directed. . Note:- Cost of pumping for yield test shall be included under serial item no 17.00 above.

Material and labour for chemical and bacteriological testing of water sample from approved NABL laboratory to ensure potability of water complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & packing of pea gravel 2 mm to 5 mm size as per IS 4097-1967 (reaffirmed 2008) of natural shape brought directly from river bed and packing around the casing pipe/slotted pipe in the bore well to entire depth upto ground level complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for electric logging in pilot bore for precise delineation of granular zones as also the quality of ground water including report interpretation complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Electric logging shall be carried out by any approved Govt Agency as directed by GE.

Fabrication and supply of strata sample box, made out of 20mm thick veneered particle board and partition with 12mm thick plywood with 25 x 25 x2mm thick plywood with 1200x750 mm with 10 partitions of size 150 mm x 150x100mm deep with front glass sheet sliding type cover with aluminium frame all round, 2 Nos dey hole plate of size 40 x 25 x 3mm (Name of tubewell, location, strata sample with depth shall be written on box complete all as specified and directed). Note: Strata chart and casing assembly chart on good quality glazed paper of size 80 x 30 cm duly framed, shall be provided by the contractor alongwith strata sample box without any extra cost to Govt.

Supply & lowering 100 mm dia medium grade GI pipe with flange End both side for 3 m length including all fittings and fixtures (Gaskets, nuts, bolts & washers, flange) complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth for taking out of old pipe line/laying of new pipe line in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for road cutting Q laying of pipe not exceeding 90 cm below ground level not exceeding 1 m width complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm bore, ductile iron pipe (K-9), socket and spigot end as per IS:8329/2000 with internal cement mortar lining and external bitumen coating for potable water supply with rubber ring joints including cost of rubber rings as per IS:5382 (1985), giving satisfactory hydraulic field testing and commissioning as per IS - 12288-1987 ,complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items in this schedule.

Material and labour for providing 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern complete all as specified and directed.

A Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
