REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF PLYWOOD TO CHARPOY GI PIPE

Removing the existing ply wood, tightening all the check nuts, elbows long rails, short rails, and legs to hold the charpoy tight by welding the elbows and legs with two supports on each side and S&F 03 Nos. square pipe of section 20x20x1.6mm thick wherever required to the frame (long rails) of length not less than 2 feet 10 inch each duly welded to GI pipe at equal distance including duly painted with two coats black synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer including S&F commercial plywood, 12mm thick BWR grade of size 7'x3' fixed with 09 Nos. stainless steel nuts & bolts of 6mm dia & 70mm long with 02 nos. of washers of suitable size including 1st class hardwood lipping on all the sides of plywood and french polishing to plywood and lipping complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Drawing No.:- FD-220 Note 1 : -Works will be executed where the furniture exists in different user units at OTM Accn of GE(S) including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note 2 :- Unserviceable parts like rails, short rails elbows legs, GI check nuts, Square pipes etc if required shall be measured & paid separately as "Supply Only"

Supply only long rail as per drawing No. FD-220, complete all as directed.

Supply only short rail as per drawing No. FD-220, complete all as directed.

Supply only leg as per drawing No. FD-220, complete all as directed.

Supply only GI chech nuts drawing No. FD-220, complete all as directed.

Supply only three way GI elbow drawing No. FD-220, complete all as directed.

S&F MS square pipe of section 20x20x1.6mm thick to the frame (Long rail) of length not less than 2 feet 10 inch each, complete all as shown in drawing no. FD-220 and directed.

M&L for cutting of long rails retrieved into short rails and threading at both ends as required at site and fixed complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge (Drawing No. FD-220)

M&L for cutting of long rails retrieved into leg and threading at both ends as required at site and fixed complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge (Drawing No. FD-220)

M&L for cutting of short rails retrieved into legs and threading at the end with MNF clamp suitable for 19mm dia conduit pipe with 3mm thick base plate welded at bottom and fixed complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Drawing No. FD-220)
