Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following capacities of Inverter type hi-wall split air conditioners of approved make and suitable for 230V, 50 Hz, single phase A/C supply having auto humidity control, on/off timer with advance start up, auto climate technology, high capacity compressor, highest BEE star rating (i.e 5 star), including leak testing for entire system, vaccumising using vaccum pump, R410a/R32 gas charging as per installation manual, for smooth operation of AC`s etc complete all as per the instructions & to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

1.5 TR Inverter type hi-wall split air conditioners with following specifiactions: 1. Cooling capacity - minimum 5.2 kW , 2. Indian Seasonal Energy Efficiency ratio - minimum 5.0 .

1.8 TR Inverter type hi-wall split air conditioners with following specifiactions: 1. Cooling capacity - minimum 6.6kW , 2. Indian Seasonal Energy Efficiency ratio- minimum 5.0.

Refrigerant piping with insulation: Refrigerant copper piping with 09 mm rubber nitrile insulation as per site situation with necessary structural clamps/ supports/ bends/ elbows/ reducers/U-bends/ flare nuts/ adapters/any other brass fittings as required etc. wrapped with monsoon tape all as per AC`s manufacturer's standards. Note: The scope of works also included the following: 1) the coating of the copper pipes with transparent anti corrosive primer before insulation. 2) The insulation shall be mechanically protected with a coat of polyshield of approved colour (starbond 30-36 or equivalent) of minimum 5 mil thickness.

Drain Piping: PVC drain piping(flexible/rigid) of suitable size upto 25 mm diameter duly insulated with heatlone sheet, etc. complete all as per the site condition & instructed by EIC.

Control Cabling: Control cabling with adequate size of copper conductor wire/ power cable to connect outdoor units with respective indoor units & power cable to connect power outlet to ODU/IDU complete with lug connections etc. complete all as per site situation as required & instructed by the Engineer –in – charge.

M.S. Stand: Fabrication, supply & installation of M.S stand for the ODU of split A/C unit as required & fabricated with suitable opening mechanism for maintenance purpose of ODU unit, painting with one coat of red oxide primer & two coats of enamel paints of approved make & shade to all M.S parts at all levels & elevations as required and desired by EIC.

Casing & Caping: Supply & laying of casing/caping (PVC trunking 100 mm x 50 mm) for enclosing refrigerant tubing with insulation, drain line and electrical cable as per site condition, specifications and as instructed by E.I.C.

Dismantling and safe removal of Air conditioners: Dismantalling and safe removing the old existing wall mounted split air conditioner including pumpdown of refrigerant in the system,safely removal its copper piping & M.S. stand and packing of existing piping holes etc. complete all as per requirement and instructed by EIC.
