Repairs cum maintenance jobs to various machines - M/C36(Ashok Leyland Stallion), M/C 56(Tata LPT 715) and Back Hoe Loader (Case 770 EX Magnum) of SCCR Kupwara for Snow Clearance Season 2026-2027.

(A) M/C36(Ashok Leyland Stallion) Providing and fitting of M Oil filter (compatible with machine), including removal of old filter, cleaning of mounting surface, and fitting of new filter with proper tightening and sealing. The job includes cost of filter, labour charges, and all tools and accessories required to complete the work in all respect.

Providing and fitting of diesel filter set compatible with the machine, including supply of diesel filters, removal of old filters, cleaning of mounting area, fitting of new filters with proper tightening and sealing, bleeding of air from the fuel system, and testing for proper fuel flow and leak-free operation. The item includes cost of filter set, labour, and all tools, accessories, and consumables required to complete the job in all respects.

Removal/demounting of damaged wiper blade set from the wiper arms of the machine, and providing and fixing of new wiper blades compatible with the existing wiper assembly, including alignment, adjustment, and testing for smooth operation and effective wiping. The item includes cost of wiper blades, labour, and all tools and accessories required to complete the job in all respects.

P/F of heavy duty type fog lights24 V for Front side compatible with machine. The job includes dismantling of old damaged ones and fitting of new one.The fog lights shall be waterproof, vibration-resistant with high-intensity beam and proper alignment for improved visibility in low-light and fog conditions.

Fabrication and fixing of foot rest at vehicle cabin entrance using 25×25×3 mm MS angle ironincluding cutting, bending, welding, drilling, providing necessary supports and stiffeners, surface preparation, application of primer and paint, and fixing at suitable location for safe entry and exit of operator, complete with all materials, labour, consumables, tools and tackles required for completion of the work in all respects.

Filling of M Oil, Antifreeze ,Gear Oil, Hydraulic Oil, Brake Oil and Greasing of vehicles all to be supplied from SCCR Store

Repair to engine exhaust silencer of truck by Gas welding/arc welding as required for arresting leakage, repairing cracks and re-fixing of supports, brackets and clamps including alignment of assembly complete in all respects.”

Replacement of hand brake pipes compatible with vehicle braking system, including removal of existing hand brake pipes. providing and fitting of new pipes with necessary fittings, unions, connectors and clamps, proper routing and securing of pipes, checking for leakages, adjustment of hand brake mechanism and testing for satisfactory operation, complete with all materials, labour, tools, consumables and incidentals required for completion of the work in all respects.

Repairs to electrical system by way of replacement of damaged fuses, switches and replacement of damaged wiring by way of engaging expert automobile electrician and providing/fitting of necessary wiring of suitable size as per sample.

(B) M/C 56(Tata LPT 715) Providing and fitting of M Oil filter (compatible with machine), including removal of old filter, cleaning of mounting surface, and fitting of new filter with proper tightening and sealing. The job includes cost of filter, labour charges, and all tools and accessories required to complete the work in all respect.
