Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not not exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in hard dense soil including grading and ramming bottom surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for laying pipes and fittings.

Returning, filling in soil including, spreading, levelling watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm including making good disturbed surfaces to original levels, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for PCC type 1:4:8 type D2 ( using 40mm graded aggregate) for thrust block for supporting pipe lines including necessary use, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete PCC (1:2:4 ) type B1 , using 20mm graded stone aggregate used in thrust block / pillars/ stand and formwork etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix in repair or replacement and testing and commissioning, ISI marked IS No 8329:2000, centrifugally ductile iron pipe(DI Pipe) laying above the ground of nominal diameter (DN) 150 mm, class K -9, with internal cement mortar lining and external bitumen coating with flanged at both the end including all jointing material & painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint 91st quality) of post office red colour etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix in repair or replacement and commissioning of MS ERW pipe class 'B' in standard length conforming to IS 1239 part -I (ISI Marked) duly painted with two coats synthetic enamel paint of first quality over coat of primer for 100 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix in repair or replacement and commissioning of MS ERW pipe class 'B' in standard length conforming to IS 1239 part -I (ISI Marked) duly painted with two coats synthetic enamel paint of first quality over coat of primer for 80 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair of canvas fire hose pipe 63mm dia 15 metres long heavy duty fitted with gun metal instantaneous pattern heavy duty male and female delivery hose coupling bearing IS: 903 mark binded by copper wire with necessary fitting, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair fire hydrant landing valves gun metal, single outlet 63mm dia and suitable for fix to 80mm dia Flanged pipes as inlet including suitable size of gasket, nuts, bolts and washers for fixing the same including testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The quoted rates shall be inclusive of complete accessories, including other jointing materials etc.

Supply and Fix in repair/replacement of pressure gauge 4" dia (0 to 14 Kgs) rating in existing position, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of existing valve chamber of any size and Material and Labour for valve chamber with bricks masonry of size 90cm x 90 cm x 90 cm (internal dimension) with 15 cms thick foundation using PCC (1:4:8), type D2, using (40 mm graded stone aggregate), 23 cm thick brick walls built in cement mortar (1:6), 10 cm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on internal wall surfaces of chamber and external surface upto 15 cm below ground .level. finished even and fair without using extra cement, 5mm thick MS sheet cover with 40 x 40 x 6mm thick MS angle iron frame fixed on 150mm thick PCC(1:2:4), type B1, using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping with and including 25mmx 6mm MS flat iron hold fasts, handles, hinges with locking arrangements and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to steel surface including excavation and earthwork in hard/ dense soil and disposal of surplus soil to as distance not exc 50 etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of old painted surface of fire fighting pipe line MS/ DI pipes up to 200 mm bore in position by using steel wire brush etc complete for fire red colour of first quality as per manufactures instruction/ literature , all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs fire hose stainless steel coupling with hose Fittings suitable for 63 mm hose pipe, hydrostatic pressure test 21 kgf/cm2 f and water test 14 kgf/cm2 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and Fix in repair/replacement of strainer for suction 150 mm more flanged type ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix in repair /replacement of channels/angles for foundations, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for periodical maintenance of fire alarm system by attending fault, testing of system, periodical checking of system, including testing on monthly basis in presence of user representative etc including attending system fault on emergency , preventive measures by replacing minor spares (up to cost Rs 1000/- including GST and other charges) other than mentioned in Schedule 'A' part II for fire alarm system installed at Magic Matra bldg comprising following all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge :- (a) 08 Zone main control panel with zone card battery charger and 230 V power unit. Taking down unserviceable Addressable type fire alarm control panel from existing position and supply, testing and install new Addressable type fire alarm control panel complying with BS EN 54, single loop, Panel of Capacity from 99 detector & 99 modules up to 200 to work on single phase 50 HZ fabricated out of CRCA sheet steel as per OEM Recommendation including connecting with suitable copper conductor cable Form panel to floor/ Roof level manual call point and upto smoke/ heat detector all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
