Sch A Part XII (Miscellaneous Items of B/R and E/M)

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of ductile iron pressure pipe with socket & spigot ends having ISI stamping marking confirming to IS: 8329/2000 in standard length of 5.50-6.00 meter of classification K-9 including rubber tyton jointing material suitable for push on rubber tyton (gasket D-jointing) with cement mortar lining in the pipes having 100 mm bore, including aligning the pipes inside trench as per IS: 12288/1987 and testing the joints with required water pressure complete all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) Excavation earth works shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Joints CI/DI specials shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Joints Material rubber tyton joint and Lead joint etc included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for valve pit chamber of size internal dimensions 900x900x900 mm by using 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, brick work with sub class 'B' bricks in CM (1:3) of thickness 230 mm, coping with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm crushed stone aggregate), rendering 15mm thick on brick masonry valve surface in cement sand mortar (1:4 ) flooring with 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) laid over 75mm thick hard core including supply and fixing of mild steel sheet cover made out of 3 mm thick plain black sheet with 3 No's 150 mm long mild steel butt hinges, welded to angle iron frame and shutter including handle and locking arrangement, angle iron frame made out of 40x40x6 mm thick (Fe-410-0) complete including painting to mild steel work with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (top edge of the plate should not be less than 1.50RM below ground level) connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to earthing test point all as specified incl 40 mm GI tubing medium grade and necessary fitting for protection of GI strip incl laying of charcoal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 150mm thick, PCC chamber using PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 8mm dia, plastering 15mm thick CM (1:6) externally up to 150mm below ground level, GI funnel with 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering and wire mesh incl excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and shown on Electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connected to earth test point incl testing and marking Bldg Nos and writing Test Results (in white) on a black painted MS Plate of (size 300x300x3mm thick) duly welded with angle iron of size 40x40x5mm, 600mm long, fixed with the earth pit chamber by grouting complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) GI strip and GI pipe medium grade, up to 7.5mtr shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for earthing. (ii) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil strata shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted for earthing. (iii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be included for MS sheet of size 300x300x3mm thick, fixed with necessary nuts and bolts on angle iron of size 40x40x5mm, 600 mm long and grouted with PCC block of size 200x200x250mm (PCC 1:3:6 using 20mm crushed stone aggregate including necessary earth work for marking the result and purpose.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of submain power modular, DB, confirming to IEC 61439-1, 6 way cubical type, double door, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts IP43 protection with digital volts meter & Ammeter, phase indicators for incoming, suitable for outgoing, MCCB 250 Amps incoming & MCCB 63 to 100 Amps outgoing-05 Nos, 400 Amps rated aluminium bus bar and cable alloy for all incoming and outgoing cables and all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of submain power modular, DB, confirming to IEC 61439-1, 4 way cubical type, double door, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts IP43 protection with digital volts meter & Ammeter, phase indicators for incoming, MCCB 100 Amps incoming & MCCB 32 to 63 Amps outgoing-03 Nos, 240 Amps rated aluminium bus bar and cable alloy for all incoming and outgoing cables and all as specified and directed.

Taking Down old service cable of any type and size.

Taking Down old old switch socket, ceiling rose, electronic fan regulators etc.

Taking Down old LED lamp , light fittingd any type and size.

Taking Down old DBs SPN / TPN any type and size.

Supply and fixing modular telephone socket with shutter (RJ-11) on walled assembly plate all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for construction of 100 users convetional type RCC Septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in Walls, Base Slab, Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent shaft, manhole openings with cover connection etc. complete with effective depth 1.5 Mtr and overall depth of 3 Mtr. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for construction of soakage well execavation in any type of soil foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed and solid in RCC M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber screen chamber brick work in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25, RR masonery / filling with brick bats, complete of size 2.4 m dia X 4.5 m effective depth all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED luminair square 12 watt,220 V AC surface type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of amount as per credit schedule attached
