PART - A “Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of Water Treatment Plant”

Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply, Transportation, Handling & Unloading of Pumps, Filters, Equipments/ Tanks, Valves & Accessories Of Water Treatment Plant At Kaiga site, Inspection, Fabrication, Erection, Installation, Testing, Commissioning And Warrantee of Water Treatment Plant to Supply Treated Water @ 40,000 Ltr./Hour. Capacity for Kaiga - 5&6 by drawing Raw Water from Main Sump & transporting Treated Water To Discharge Stop Valve of the Distribution Pumps Including all Civil Works With Material Supply Like Constructing Water Sumps, Pump House and Treated Water Storage Tank, Electrical Works with Material Supply, Control & Instrumentation with Material Supply and Mechanical Works With Material Supply Including Inter Connecting Piping Works Within Water Treatment Plant Complete in all Respect. Note: The Treated water shall be conforming to IS:10500 (latest edition)

Providing and filling approved quality of red murrum from the borrow pits from a radius of 100 km approx. as approved by EIC up to plinth level in layers not exceeding 200 mm. thick, consolidation of each deposited layer using hand / steel rammer with proper watering up to lift of 1.50 meters, collecting & disposing the construction debris, surplus soil & unwanted materials from the place of work etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts.

PART - B “Piping Works”

Supply, Fabrication, Field Welding, Erection, painting of 100 NB, Sch. 40 CS Pipeline with fittings like elbows, including application of anticorrosion primer and tape, Hydraulic testing, labour, consumables, etc. at all lifts and locations as directed by Engineer In Charge and as per technical specifications. CS pipe shall be conforming to ASTM A106 Gr. B, Elbows shall be conforming to ASTM A 234 WPB. Note: Rate shall be inclusive of supply of Elbows, anticorrosion protection tape and compatible anticorrosive primer.

Supply of 100 NB, 150# CS Gate Valve flanged ends conforming to SA 216, GR WCB and compatible Flanges conforming to ANSI B16.5, ASTM A105 with High tensile Strength bolts at Kaiga – 5 & 6 site as directed by Engineer In Charge and as per technical specifications. Note: Rate shall be inclusive of Supply of flanges, bolts, washer, nuts.

Supply, Fabrication, Field Welding, Erection of 150 NB, Sch. 40 CS Pipeline with fittings like elbows, TEE including application of anticorrosion primer and tape, Hydraulic testing, labour, consumables, etc. at all lifts and locations as directed by Engineer In Charge and as per technical specifications. CS pipe shall be conforming to ASTM A106 Gr. B, Elbows shall be conforming to ASTM A 234 WPB. Note: Rate shall be inclusive of supply of Elbows, TEE anticorrosion protection tape and compatible anticorrosive primer.

Supply of 100 mm Class B Woltman type Water Meter with totalizer at Kaiga – 5 & 6 site as directed by Engineer In Charge and as per technical specifications.

Supply of 150 mm Class B Woltman type Water Meter with totalizer at Kaiga – 5 & 6 site as directed by Engineer In Charge and as per technical specifications.

Supply of 100mm, 150 # CS SORF flange, ANSI B16.5, ASTM A105 at Kaiga – 5 & 6 site as directed by Engineer In Charge and as per technical specifications.

Supply of 150mm, 150 # CS SORF flange, ANSI B16.5, ASTM A105 at Kaiga – 5 & 6 site as directed by Engineer In Charge and as per technical specifications.

Supply of M8 to M22 High strength bolts with washer, nut and lock nut suitable for above flanges, property class 8.8, IS 3757 at Kaiga – 5 & 6 site as directed by Engineer In Charge and as per technical specifications.

Supply of 3mm thick CNAF Gasket for flanged joints at Kaiga – 5 & 6 site as directed by Engineer In Charge and as per technical specifications.

PART - C “Operation & Maintenance of the Water Treatment Plant after Commissioning of the same for a period of 12 months in 2 shifts of 8 hours each in a day”

Maintenance of Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Works. Supply of Essential Spares & Consumables (Alum, Chlorine, Mineral dosing consumables, Grease, Cotton Waste, Rubber Packing, Hand Gloves, etc. & any other item which is required to complete the job), Water Quality Testing & Report Generation on daily basis, any other Stationery for lab. Deploying following personnel for O&M works of WTP per shift of 8hrs. : I) Supervisor Cum Lab Technician (1No. per Shift)-730 operation II) Operators (1 No. per shift)-730 operation III) Un-skilled Helpers (2 No. per shift)-1460 operation Note: 1 Operation = Utilization of services of respective Category Workers for 8 hours of Operation & Maintenance per shift.
