Part -1 (Service)

Taking delivery, transportation of paint and application of high performance floor coating with epoxy self levelling system as supplied under item No. 1.6 & 1.7 (Part-2) to provide excellent smooth and gloss surface in including removal of existing paint by scraping / grinding, repair of pot holes, floor depression supplying and filling with compatible filling compound, primer etc. Complete as per specification and instruction of engineer. Note: (1) Work is to be carried out in the radiation area mostly, so TLD/DRD to be arranged by the contractor from HPU section (NAPS). (2) Barricading arrangement till dry shall be made by contractor. If any defect / spots of leg etc. are found on painted surface, no payment for painting and recovery of paint cost may be made from contractor.

Taking delivery, transportation of paint and applying of Epoxy / High performance Epoxy paint as per specification including preparation of old painted surface by removing the loose scaling by scraping / grinding repairing of damage concrete with polymer or other suitable mortar (provided by contractor), providing & applying epoxy compatible putty (for repair work only) and painting the surface with One coat to give smooth and even surface by brush or air less spray gun as per site feasibility, steel, wooden scaffolding provided by contractor wherever required. (Epoxy paint and thinner will be supplied free of cost from department). Note: (1) Work is to be carried out in the radiation area mostly, so TLD/DRD to be arranged by the contractor from HPU section (NAPS) (2) Wooden scaffolding will be allowed if functionaly required. (3) Barricading arrangement till dry shall be made by contractor. In Reactor Building, Service Building & other Radiation area Zone III & IV.

Taking delivery, transportation of paint, applying one coat of synthetic enamel / Ducco paint as supplied under item No. 1.3 (Part-2) including preparing of surface removing of stains by rubbing the surface, supplying & applying putty (for repair work only), sand papering, scaffolding & cleaning etc. complete.

Taking delivery, transportation of paint, applying Interior plastic emulsion paint as per given below:

Applying Two coat of Interior plastic emulsion [Supplied under item No. 1.1 (Part-2)] on existing / new all type of surfaces finishes walls and ceiling of T.B, S.B, Central Store, WMP, UPG, RWPH, Anu Vikash Bhavan, fire, STC, Watch tower etc. and other area as per requirement including preparation of surface removing of stains by rubbing the surface, supplying & applying putty (for repair work only) as per requirement, sand papering and including full height steel, wooden scaffolding provided by contractor for painting and Industrial Safety requirements shall be followed. Note : (1) No additional payment will be made for scaffolding up to 6 mtr. Height. (2) Wooden scaffolding may be allowed if functionally required.

Extra over item No.4.1 Above 6 Mtrs. and upto 12 Mtrs for height staging provided by contractor for painting area.

Extra over item No.4.1 Above 12 Mtrs. and upto 21 Mtrs for height staging provided by contractor for painting area.

Writing English/ Hindi letters as per given below.

Writing English/ Hindi letters with approved Synthetic enamel paint for letters and base with two coats of oxford blue paint or other colour paint etc. over one coat of primer as directed by engineer (the letter size shall be upto 15 Cm. in height) Note- Paint is in the scope of contractor.

Taking delivery, transportation of paint, applying two coats of External Plastic Emulsion Paint of all plant buildings, boundary wall including STC, Fire, Fire Drill Tower, Anu Vikash Bhavan, Main Gate, SMW area, Upgrading plant, WMP, Garage, CCRG, Service Building back side, Emergency control building, PHT purification building, RWPH, CCWPH, TB and any other building, SB-TB passage and other areas as per requirement at all heights, over a coat of primer as supplied under item No. 1.4 & 1.5 (Part-2) over existing painted/new all type of surface finishes to give an even shade including cleaning & preparing the surface by making good the damaged and rough surface smooth, carrying out all repairs, sealing of cracks with cement slurry/cement mortar by providing mason, helper, cement, sand all tools and tackles etc, cleaning of Doors, Windows, Ventilators, Washing the surroundings after completion of work including cost of all materials, labours, metallic double scaffolding upto all heights as required etc. complete as per Manufacturer's specifications and as approved by the Engineer. Note: Correction factor for different type of finish will not be paid.

Applying one coat of indigo paint as self primer with required qty. of water in Indigo paint and there after 1 more coat after 4 TO 6 hours interval of Indigo floor Paint as supplied under item No. 1.13 (Part-2) including preparing of floor surface removing of stains by rubbing the floor surface etc complete.

Supplying and applying two coat cement paint of M/S Snowcem Paints / Berger Paints / ICI Dulux of required shade on external surfaces including scaffolding, preparation of surface, curing etc. complete as per direction of engineer.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, over the plastered wall surface and prepare the surface even and smooth by rubbing, sand papering and providing scaffolding upto all height etc. all complete

Taking delivery, transportation of primer and applying one coat of Interior Cement primer as supplied under item No. 1.2 (Part-2) including preparing of surface removing of stains by rubbing the surface, supplying & applying putty (for repair work only), sand papering, scaffolding & cleaning etc. complete.

PART-2 (Supply)

Transporting and supplying following Paint materials including unloading and stacking in store in a proper way so that the same can be checked as and when required and as directed by Engineer.

Interior plastic emulsion paint of make Asian paint Apcolite Premium / Berger Rangoli Total Care / Dulux make Super smooth.

Interior Cement primer for item no. 1.1 of M/S Asian or M/S Berger or Dulux.

Synthetic Enamel Paint of make Asian Paint Apcolite Premium Gloss Enamel / Berger Luxol Hi-Gloss Enamel/ Dulux make Super synthetic.

Exterior Plastic Emulsion Paint 20-liter/25 litre pack of Asian Paints make Apex ultima / Berger make weather coat anti dust / Nerolac make Excel Mica Marble.

Exterior Cement primer for item no. 1.4 of M/S Asian or M/S Berger or M/s Nerolac.

Epoxy based Self-levelling floor (SLF) paint consisting of four components viz. Resin, Hardener, Colour paste and Silica powder (Filler) of approved shade of M/S Beck Bond Construction Chemicals, M/S Berger, M/S Asian make.

Primer for self levelling floor coating of approved shade of M/S Beck Bond Construction Chemicals, Berger, Asian, make.

Epoxy paint in Vallum/Grey colour or Approved, directed by EIC (In 20 litre packing) paint of required shade of make: Asian- Apcodur CF 641/ 641CS / Berger- protectomatic (Epoxy top coat) / Kansai Nerolac-Neromastic 400 NPK (Epoxy top coat).

Epoxy paint for highly radiation area for FM vault FM service area in reactor building. Following make are required in white shade: make Asian- Apcodur CF 641/ 641CS / Berger- protectomatic (Epoxy top coate) / Kansai Nerolac- Neromastic 400 NPK (Epoxy top coat).

Epoxy Thinner of make M/s Berger / M/s Asian / M/s Nerolac.

Inorganic Zinc silicate epoxy primer of make M/s Berger-Zinc Anode 304 NPC / M/s Asian Apcosil 605/ M/s Nerolac- Nerosil 118 NP.

General Purpose Thinner.

Indigo floor Paints.

Supply of Acrylic Wall Care Putty / POP of Asian Paints / JSW make / Dulux /JK/ Birla make & confirming to relevant BIS specification of latest edition. Putty shall be supplied as per site requirement; in sealed & water tight containers/bags of 5 / 25 kgs. and stacking in sectional store etc. Complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Supply of wood primer of Asian Paints / Berger/ Nerolac in sealed & water tight containers and stacking in sectional store etc.

Supply of aluminum paint of Asian Paints / Berger/ Nerolac in sealed & water tight containers and stacking in sectional store etc.
