Material and labour for providing Brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of old brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articlesall as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for providing Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) (light shade) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) which shall be laid over and including 25 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) sub base (finished rough to receive tiles) complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs galvanised steel water tubing of bore 15 mm medium grade including all fittings and fixtures like unions, bends, tee etc fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor, complete all as specifed and directed

Taking up or down 15mm bore of pipe steel water tubing and connections and refixing the same in new or old position including cleaning all as specified and directed. Rate quoted shall be deemed to include cost of new fittings like unions, tee bend etc where required and as directed

Supply and fix double layered Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 1000 litres (cylindrical vertical with closed top) including hinged cover hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including providing ball brass valves bore dia of pipe 15 mm,high pressure,with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed and taking down old water tank (after disconnecting) and making connections all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back of size 600 x 480mm excluding waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including brackets, cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand including supply and fixing of waste pipe 32mm dia 750mm long and including 15mm bore dia of pipe pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixedcomplete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fix in repairs vitreous china squatting pan, 'Orissa' pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests,including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc,including lime concrete bedding as specified in SSR part II and including 10 litre capacity PVC, low level, valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern, inlet ball valve, float valve, handle and fixing arrangement, including flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC 32 mm dia, for low level cistern complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing coloured non skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) and demolition of old tiles including scrred bed complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on surfaces of brick/concrete walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) (light shade) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in vertical surfaces like skirting, dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match fixed over and including 10mm thick back coat in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of brick/concrete walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer applied over and including 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.
