To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-2022 to 2025-2026 along with UDIN number. Achieved in at least two financial year a minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of Rs.212.90 lakhs per financial year. Two times of the amount put to tender O&M cost and roundoff to next whole number.

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 31.94 Lakhs Credit lines or letter of credit or certificates from banks, for meeting the fund requirement etc. Unconditional LOC from any nationalized or scheduled bank, in prescribed format only, As per government circular order date 22.08.2022. Conditional LOC not acceptable.

Satisfactory completed at least 90 percent of the contract value, as prime contractor, for a period of one year operation and maintenance of at least one MVS in rural area or one urban water supply scheme of value not less than Rs.53.23 Lakhs. Usually not less than 50 percent of the estimated value of contract for which tender is invited.
