Supplying, Installation , testing and commissioning of Kisok Type RMU (1 LBS+ 3VCB) extendible HT 11 KV outdoor type, type 21 kA for 3 sec, rated voltage-12V, operation voltage 11 KV, rated lightening withstand voltage- 75 KV, rated frequency 50 Hz, 630 Amps copper bus bar, SF6 insulated compact switch gear, welded stainless steel enclsoure with minimum 2.5 mm thickness, totally enclosed Ring Main Unit IP-67 protection for SF6 Tank and IP-54 protection for outdoor enclosure with self powered microprocessor based complete numerical over current and earth fault relay with specification / equipment with power backup 24 volts DC volts complete all as specified and as directed with all accessories comprising of following (CVVV+M) configuration of CROMPTON GREAVES / ABB or equivalant as specified.

(a) Fixed motorised Vaccum cicrcut breaker (VCB)-03 Nos, 12KV, 630 Amps, 21 KA, Fixed type Ring Switch, 3 Vaccum Circuit Breaker (Stainless Steel Tank) unit insulated in SF6 media as per latest IEC 62271-200 shall be complete comprising of the following for each set:- (i) Assembly of VCB interrupter complete with epoxy support insulator and self aligning isolating contacts with rating 11 KV, 630 Amps, 21 KA for 3 sec, 50 Hz (ii) Manual charged and manual operated independent closing / tripping, trip free operating mechanism and breaker closed/ open spring charged / discharge indication. (iii) Mechnical operation counter -01 No. (iv) One bus bar chamber including a set of 3 phase1000 Amps copper bus bar. (v) Strip heater 230 volts AC single phase 80 Watt (vi) 3 O/C +1 E/F self powered numerical protection relay with low and high set for current and earth fault . Relay should have facility to display the maximum loaded phase current also. Relay shall record minimum 5 fault record with time stamping. (vii) One No potential transformer (PT) three phase, dry type (resin cast) draw out type 11 KV/ 110 volts, 25 VA burden, accuracy class 0.5 with HT & LT HRC fuses for primary and secondary complete as per conforming to IS -3156 -01. (viii) Current transfomer chamber comprising of 3 Nos single phase resin cast CTs of 100-50/5 and accuracy class 0.5 for metering and class 5P 10 for protection, burden 2.5 VA in VCB feeder- set of 3. (ix) Digital SCADA compatible (for future integration) intelligent panel meter indicating line / phase current, line / phase voltage, power factor, KVAR, KVA, frequency ettc. with accuracy class 0.5 - 1 No. (b) Fixed motorised load break switches (LBS) - 01 Nos (Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of all PCC/RCC work and earthwork requirred for RMU foundation and connected work complete all as specified and as directed)

Dismantling and Demolition of existing 2 pole/ 4 pole structure including GOD, DO fuse, MS Channels, insulators, lightening arresters, earth strips and all other connected accessories and issued to contractor as a schedule of credit complete. (Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of all PCC work and earthwork requirred for dismantling of the poles, and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed)

Supply, fixing in repair /replacement / laying, testing, connecting and commissioning HT UG XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (Earthed type) grade of cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3 core laid in trenches/ on wall/ pole/ duct/ pipe including suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings / walls without cable duct) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing in repair /replacement / laying, testing, connecting and commissioning LT UG XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts (Earthed type) grade of cross sectional area 16 sqmm,4 core laid in trenches/ on wall/ pole/ duct/ pipe including suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings / walls without cable duct) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr deep for taking out/ laying of under ground cable, pole, pipe, stay and getting out in soft soil strata including making good to the disbturbed surfaces such as hardstanding, footpath/ pavments complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm spread thickness in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for boring/ drilling (horizontally) hole manually under existing road, pavement, hard standing (maximum 10mtr in width) suitable for passing GI tubing upto 80 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : GI Pipe will be measured and paid seperately)

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 2 with peak, size 450mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fine sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of sand 8 cm depth before laying of cable and 15 cm depth after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Punned thickness of sand shall be measured & paid.

Supply and fix in repairs / replacement of cable route indicator made out of cast iron of suitable size supported on angle iron embeded in PCC (1:4:8) type D2 with engraved size of cable and direction of route complete all as specified and as directed (Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of all PCC work and earthwork requirred complete all as specified and as directed)

M&L for well burnt sub class 'B' bricks of nominal size 230X115X75 mm abutting each other for mechanical protection of cable with width equal to lenght of brick complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement GI protection pipe of 40 mm dia light grade for cable protection including all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on pole/ walls with mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement GI protection pipe of 80 mm dia light grade for cable protection including all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on pole/ walls with mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying of synthetic rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006 (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, indoor end termination, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 sqmm, 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, outdoor end termination, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 sqmm, 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, straight through, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 sqmm, 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of copper strip 20mm x 3mm with fixing screws for conductors/ earth lead including brazing and nut bolts jointing at all joints for building/ equipment laid through pipe/ trench/ surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of galvanised iron strip 32mm x 6mm with fixing screws for conductors/ earth lead including welding and nut bolts jointing at all joints for building/ equipment laid through pipe/ trench/ surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair test point terminal block made of gun metal black or phosphorous bronze size 75mm x 75mm x 25mm drilled screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia and 25mm long hex head screws including MS box 2mm thick of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete in repair / replacement of with copper plate 600mm x 600mm x 3mm thick electrode and 20mm x 3mm copper strip as earthing lead burried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, the earth plate surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides connected to copper strip 20 x 3mm as earth lead by means of tinned copper/ brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers (including brazing) connected to main switch board / panel/ test point at the other including necessary earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil, concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab 54cm x 54cm x 5cm reinforce with 8mm dia bar TMT @150mm centre to centre both ways with one handle for lifting made out 8mm dia MS bar with wire mesh funnel, 20mm GI tubing medium grade for watering and 40mm GI tubing light grade for protection, test point, testing on completion all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.
