Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard of soil or gravelly soil with all leads, lifts and delifts including rough dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth away from work site with cost of all labours and T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials and cost of all labours and T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1: 3 : 6) using hard granite crusher broken stone metal of 40mm.& down graded size of approved quality free from weathered skin and flakes including hoisting, laying and compacting the concrete to required thickness including proper watering, curing to required period with cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with Fly Ash brick in masonary (1:6) in foundation& Plinth using brick of size 23 x 11 x 8cm having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including watering, curing to required period with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of labours, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1 : 2 : 4 ) using 12mm. hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality free from weathered skin and flakes including hoisting, laying and compacting the concrete to required thickness including proper watering, curing to required period with cost of all materials, conveyance, royality and cost of labours, T&P etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with Fly Ash brick in masonary (1:6) in superstructure using brick of size 23 x 11 x 8cm having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including watering, curing to required period with cost of all materials, conveyance, royalty and cost of labours, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing straightening, cutting, bending, binding, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement and laying in position including cost of binding wire 18mm to 20mm gauge and fixing of reinforcement including lapping (as per steel code) where necessary spot with cost of all materials, conveyance, and cost of all labours, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false work and dismenteling the same after casting including cost of all materials, conveyance and cost of all labours, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (For RCC foundation, Plinth band and footing bases of column, Mass concrete, Precast slab etc.)
