FACADE RENOVATION

Double Scaffolding — oviding and fixing double scaffolding system on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, i luding additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm & 3- 4 mm thick dia M.S. tube, pl ed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. cla s and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of w k of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with acings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with ssential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in- charge. Note:- The elevational rea of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. Double Layer Safety net — oviding & fixing the double layer safety net along the scaffolding to avoid any free fall of debris, etc. Safety Net shall conform t IS 11057:1984 (latest Amendments). a) Size: Mesh Rope: 4 mm Dia Border Rope: 12 mm Dia b) Rope certified to IS 5175:2022 (latest ame ments) . The vendor shall furnish a Manufacturing test certificate in support of conformity with IS 11057: 1984 (latest amendments).

Green/Black Colour Hessian — oviding & fixing the green/black colour hessian cloth to cover the scaffolding, etc. complete. IS 2818:2017 – Specification for Jute essian Cloth (for general uses) Weight should be 200-400 GSM (can be customized based on need)

M.S Platform — oviding and Making M.S Platform (for allowing pedestrians to walk below platform) using M.S Sections of required sizes, MS plates/ C quered plates etc., supported with Horizontal and vertical M.S framing (of required sections) as per Structural Consultant drawings. ost to include necessary civil work related to the platform like excavation for fixing Base of verticals, filling the same with PCC ter fixing verticals etc. complete as per Structural Consultants drawing and instructions. All above M.S work to be provided with an rust paint of approved make and synthetic enamel paint (2 coats ) as directed by Consultant. Contractor to ensure the stability of t verticals. After completion of work contractor to remove above platform and taking away out of site. Contractor to include rebate f the same in the item quoted. IS 800 (2007): General Construction In Steel - Code of Practice [CED 7: Structural Engineering and str tural sections]

Liasoning Statutory Authority — st of Liasoning for Statutory Authority approval for external Scaffolding. Note: Item to be operate only after written confirmation om Client and statutory fees will be paid as per actuals. Note : Actual bill amount of Statutory permissions will be paid by the Cli t as per bill. Contractor to quote under this item excluding Statutory bill amount.

6Mm Thick Ply — oviding & fixing 6mm thick ply as protection of openings viz, windows, doors during works. This item also includes the covering of O s with the 6mm thick ply BIS specification no. IS 303 : 1989 (Reaffirmed 2018 and with latest amendment) . Rate is inclusive of all rdware required to fix the ply. Contractor to quote the rate for removal of the same post work completion & carting away from the si premises.

Removal Of Plant/Ficus — moval of plant/ficus growth by pulling out root system embedded in masonry, cutting stem and application of hinge/gur formulation or ther patented chemical biocide treatment such as application of biocide 'Glycel'-(iso propylamine salt of glyphosate) as per manufac re's instruction or other chemical as specified by the Conservation Architect. IS 3479:2021 – Glyphosate Technical Specification Thi standard applies to glyphosate, including its technical requirements, safety, and usage in agricultural applications.

Removing Existing Windows — refully removing existing windows of any type including shutters (single/double)/Louvers of any size, at any floor including fitting . To stack the same properly in the place/room as directed by the Architect . as per IS 4021:1995 – Timber Doors, Windows, and Venti tors - Specification Covers the general specifications for the construction, materials, and design of wooden windows and frames.

Removing Damaged Cement — moving External damaged cement plaster of any thickness without disturbing wall/RCC members by manual / mechanical methods/Air Abras e Method OR using proper tools & removing and carting away debris, cleaning the area etc. complete. Contractor to check and identify mark the damaged plaster to be removed and get approved by the Consultant before proceeding for item. External plaster at all height and locations . IS 1661:1972 – Code of Practice for Application of Cement and Cement-Lime Plaster Finishes and IS 2402:1963 – Method f Test for Strength of Cement and Cement-Based Plaster

Dism Brick Masonry — refully pulling down Exposed/unexposed Brick masonry/ cement board wall /internal walls (Non Structural) of any thickness, profile, ight in cement mortar with plaster / pointing/ Putty without dust nuisance and disturbing adjacent structure at any level, and stack g/spreading the debris in campus at designated location by Client and taking out of campus as directed at any non-objectionable plac as per IS 2212 (1991): Code of practice for brickworks & stone masonry . Rate to include carting away debris & clean the area.
