Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital pattern, manglore pattern roof tiles or similar pattern roof coverings

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S&F Fe 290 (Gde E-165) Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface & applying one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion & making good disturbed ground embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded agg) as in bed blocks, bed plates etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate ) in foundations, filling and mass concrete for post holes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled & countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors,balusters,nosing to steps including embeding in concrete & screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165. Complete all as specified and directed.
