Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick sand cushioning laid over sub base for fixing inter locking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking glossy/ lacquer finish paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness including 2mm thick rubber mould glossy/ lacquer finish paver block of Grade M-35 and over sand cushion complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Sand will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for chequered tiles 25cmx25cmx22mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Factory made precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm and below stone aggregate ) in kerb stone factory made as approved by engineer in charge with plain fair faces including champhering, weathering etc complete with joint to match in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new kerb stone or plastered surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm grade aggregate) as in paving area etc and finished even and fair finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with flyash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster , any description, on brick walls or stone walls,etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plaster 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:4) including rendering to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface chanels including throating and use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and ponted in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick machine cut, granite stone slab (of any type) (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windows, cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types and making mould on edges & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) 15-18 mm thick work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick cement mortar (1:3) for rendering or backing coat and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for digital ceramic wall cladding tiles of size 450mm x300mm / 450mm x150mm of 7-8mm thick or 600mm x148mm x10mm thick of as approved by EIC size and colour in vertical surface etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 all as per manufacturer instruction and including necessary scaffoldings upto G+4 complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made precast cement concrete Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm aggregate), as in cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick precast cement concrete louvres and jallies 1:2:4 type B-0 12.5mm aggregate , (measured solid), set in CM 1:4 including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 20mm graded aggregate as in coping, RCC bands etc with plain fair faces, including chamfers weatherings, throating etc. and setting in CM 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, RCC bands, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting , any gauge and thickness in roof covering including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc including from posts embedded in PCC of any size and thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling & mass concrete etc complete posts and struts or fencing posts and including finishing the surface even and smooth all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel rolled section as fencing posts,vertical posts etc (beam,angle,tee section channel or flat section ) and simmilar work including neccesary cutting drilling. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling & mass concrete for post and struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates , rails braces ,drilled for fixing of steel sheeting & incl. & hinges complete incl. mild steel plain black sheet in wall cladding, cut to size, holes punched,incl. round headed screws or rivets with plain 40mm lap of Fe 290 (gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Steel work in tubular/hollow sections of trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer exposed to view surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of building materials/debris from 1.5mtr to a distance of out side of 5.0 KM etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&Fin repair for razor blade galvanised punched type concertina coil of dia 610mm when stretched with No. of circles 50, No. of clips 230 with weight 8.75 + 5% kg/coil and recommended and average coverage area is 6.00 RM/coil. with a galvanised coating thickness of 12 micron fixed in position and secure to both sides of shaped angle iron post 2.642 mm GI wire complete all as specified and directed.
