Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light/fan/socket or power) complete including taking out existing unserviceable terminal boxes & conduit with switches/sockets/fan regulators and fittings such as ceiling rose, pendants, tube light fittings, lamp holders, brackets light fittings, rectangular blocks etc. and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. to match with the existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium submain wiring from battan /conduit from DBs, MCBs etc and making good to distrubed surfaces of walls, floor etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for point wiring for one light / Fan/bell point controlled by one switch with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed multi strand copper conductor cable FRLS drawn through existing rigid PVC coduit and conduit accessories existing concealed type in walls/ceilings and including change of steel terminal sunken boxes and 3 mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover for sunken boxes flush to surface for one light point/fan point, controlled by one switch on the same board with other switch or independent including PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable FRLS connected to common earth dolly complete complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Switches, sockets etc shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of BoQ' ).

All as per item No. 3.00 above but for one 5 pin 5 Amp socket outlet on independent board controlled by one number one way switch on independent board.

Attending of complaints pertaining to faulty/Non-functional/working state of all accessories pertain to internal Electrification / through telephone or in person round the clock on detailment by MES Service centre for Offrs/JCOs/ORs Md/OTM Accn of Hisar Mil Stn by deploying electrician and locating and rectifying the fault from Elect Meter/DB onwards in respect of Sub Main /Point wiring including fixtures for power and light, socket, fan, bell point including security light fitted in bldgs etc complete and carrying out repairs to the extent of disconnection and dismantling of faulty wires, battens, conduits, boxes, Main switches, MCB, DBs, and other E/M faults pertaining to particulars equipment including providing wire upto 2.00 mtr and insulatiion tape required for the rectification of defect and refixing of existing dismantling serviceable articles complete all as specified and directed

Note :- (i) Scope of work shall include replacement of bulbs /tubes/ switches/socket/regulator/bell /MCB/ sheet metal enclouser/holder etc shall be measured and paid separately as " Supply only ". Old fitting fixtures held by users which will be handed over the repairer if so required. (ii) Complaint pertaining to location and rectification of fault in more than one wiring point/sub main wiring/DB etc shall be considered as one complaint. Similarly complaint pertaining to replacement of minimum three fixtures in one BK/qtr/office/bldg involving movement of electricians will also be measured and paid as one complaint. Replacement of more than three fixtures but multiple of four fixtures or part thereof in one Bk/qtr/office/bldg etc will be measured as additional complaint. (iii) The complaint slip/job card shall be prepared round the clock by the MES Staff/ Supervisor and shall be handed over to contractor’s tradesmen. Complaint slip shall be got singed by user with name, number and rank and return the same to MES staff by same day. Complaints of emergent nature e.g no light, short circuiting and earth fault etc. shall be attended, round the clock. Other complaints can be attended during normal working hours.In case complaint has not been attended with in stipulated time frame as per its priority class, suitable recovery on this account shall be made on the rates as specified here-in-after.

(iv) Bldgs requiring major nature of work e.g rewiring of complete bldg or major portion shall be intimated to JE E/M and separate team shall be deployed for the work. (v) Bldgs requiring rewiring of small qty of point wiring if ordered will be measured and paid separately. (vi) Cost of work requiring replacement of other stores will be measured as supply only and paid separately. (vii) Contractor shall provide the complain slip and containing 100 pages in triplicate properly binded and complaint book as per sample on requirement basis complete all as specified and directed. (viii) All stores will be deposited to MES stores and the same will be issued by MES staff to contract labours for day by day maint. (ix) Contractor shall provide the complain slip containing 100 pages in triplicate of size 5 inch x 8 inch property binded and printed with their farm name and tele phone numbers as per sample and directed by Engineer-inc-Charge.

The scope of work includes necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removal of soil, removal of soil 50meters, PCC pit with precast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I shall be provided. Re-inforcement in RCC cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars laid @150mm c/c both ways. (ii) Item includes cost of 7.5 meter GI earth strips. (iii) Earth plate electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15cm on all sides.
